There were three Carpenter sisters. The oldest was Sam, and then there were the half sisters who were fraternal twins, Tara and Brielle.
All three of them were survivors of the Woodsboro Massacre last year. The Ghostfaces, Richie and Amber attacked them, and the sisters with the help of the twins Chad and Mindy, killed them.
The Carpenters and Meeks-Martin twins moved to New York City in hopes to escape the memories that Woodsboro held.
There they met Mindy's girlfriend, Anika, Chad's roommate, Ethan Landry, and the sister's roommate, Quinn Bailey.
But there was one thing Brielle didn't know. Ethan Landry and Quinn Bailey were actually Richie's siblings working with "Detective Bailey", their father, to get revenge on the friend group.
And nobody was supposed to know about their secret.
