PROLOGUE

"Arjun, why are you doing this? Let me go. I'll explain everything. At least listen to me." She tried again to make him understand.

But Arjun didn't listen. He picked her up and placed her in the bathtub, his actions cold and unfeeling.

Before Siya could understand what was happening, Arjun grabbed a handheld shower and started pouring cold water over her.

Since it was almost December, the water was icy. Siya was shivering from the cold. She became furious; she couldn't tolerate his actions any longer.

She knew she had made mistakes, but that didn't mean he could do whatever he wanted. She tried to explain, but he didn't listen.

"Arjun, what are you doing? Are you crazy? Why are you pouring cold water on me? I'm freezing. Stop this nonsense right now!" Frustrated, she yelled.

Arjun ignored her and continued pouring the water. He even stepped into the bathtub with her, continuing to pour cold water and scrubbing her body harshly.

Siya was shaking from the cold and pleaded again, "Arjun, stop this madness! Please!"

"Shut up! Just sit still and let me do my work." Arjun yelled back.

Ignoring her pain, he scrubbed her vigorously. Her skin turned red from the cold and scrubbing, and she was nearly frozen.

"Arjun, stop! It hurts! Don't you understand?" She said with trembling lips.

Arjun grabbed her face and said, "I told you to be quiet! I'm washing away the filthy touch of your awful lover from your body."

Siya was stunned by his words. Arjun kept scrubbing her, ignoring her trembling protests.

"Lover?" She mumbled with trembling lips.

Arjun didn't respond.

A sudden wave of anger hit her. She pushed him away from herself harshly and shouted, "Enough! Stop this madness!"

She looked at him with tear-filled eyes, while he glared at her with only hatred and disgust.

"Seriously, Arjun? You didn't even think before acting. You know that whatever you saw wasn't the whole truth. I'm trying to explain, but you refuse to listen. You always decide everything on your own, don't you?"

Arjun came closer, grabbed her by the hair, and pulled her face close to his.

"Don't! Don't even try to play the victim card like always. You know what, I had always known that you were an opportunist and a low-class girl. You've managed to fool me before, but not anymore. A person can't be that blind not to see what's happening around them. I've seen and heard enough. I know exactly what kind of woman you are."

Tears filled in her eyes as she looked into his.

"So tell me, what do you think of me? What kind of woman do you think I am?" She asked in a trembling voice.

"You're such a low-class girl, so desperate for sex that you went to your rapist just to satisfy your fucking needs!" Arjun screamed with disgust.

Hearing his harsh words, she closed her eyes.

"Desperate." She mumbled slowly.

"I always knew that dirty blood stays dirty. The heart shows us only what we want to see, not the truth. I didn't want to believe you could be like this, but the truth is undeniable. In the end, you proved it-you're a whore, a slut. Since your husband didn't fulfill your needs, you went to another man, even one who tried to molest you, just to satisfy your dirty needs." He spat venomously.

Siya closed her eyes tightly and covered her ears, unable to believe that the person before her was Arjun.

He had always been short-tempered and even said many mean things to her, but he had never crossed this line. But now, he had crossed all lines by speaking about his wife with such cruelty.

Siya was extremely angry with Arjun and disgusted with herself. She had planned to tell him everything, hoping that he would understand, but not anymore. If he had already made up his mind, why would he even listen to her?

Siya wiped her tears and looked at him with a sad smile.

"Well done, Arjun! For the first time, you've said something right. You've understood me and my character perfectly. Yes, I went to Rajeev for that reason. If my husband isn't fulfilling my needs and making me happy, then I have to find that happiness elsewhere. If I looked for it outside, what's wrong with that?"

She said with the same intensity.

Arjun was already furious, but now hearing this, he lost his temper even more. He grabbed her by the neck and shouted, "What did you just say?"

Siya pushed him away.

"What happened? Did it hurt? Can't handle the truth? The truth is, you couldn't keep me happy or fulfill my needs, which is why I went to Rajeev. Isn't that what you wanted to hear? If you hadn't come, Rajeev and I would have been in bed together by now..."

Before she could finish, Arjun cut her off, shouting, "Just shut up! If you say one more word out of your dirty mouth, no one will be worse than me."

Siya smirked sarcastically.

"Why can't you handle the truth? The real truth is, you're not a man enough, Arjun!"

That was all Siya had to say. Arjun roughly picked her up, carried her out of the bathroom, and threw her onto the bed.

Siya was taken aback but didn't let fear show. Arjun hovered over her, his expression a mix of anger and determination.

"Now I'll show you how much of a man I am." He said, smashing his lips against hers in a forceful kiss.

Siya tried to push him away, but Arjun pinned both of her hands with one hand and held her cheeks with the other. He parted her lips and continued to kiss her aggressively, biting and nibbling at her lips with intense fury.

"Arjun, let me go! Leave me, you bastard, you fucker, leave me!"

She screamed, but Arjun ignored her pleas, kissing her with fierce determination.

She lost track of time, feeling as though she might suffocate. Finally, he pulled away, and she gasped for air. Before she could process what was happening, Arjun tore her dress in one swift motion and threw it aside.

Siya was completely shocked, but when she realized she was left only in her underwear, she quickly tried to cover herself, but Arjun didn't give her a chance. He locked her hands again and began attacking her neck with frenzied aggression, biting and sucking, breaking the skin and drawing blood.

"Arjun, please let me go! What are you doing? Arjun, let me go!" Siya cried out in excruciating pain.

Her cries made Arjun come to his senses. He released her, and Siya seized the moment to push him away and sit up.

Seeing her in such a state, Arjun became aware of what he had almost done. Before he could speak, Siya slapped him so hard that the sound reverberated through the room.
