Mai collapsed on her bed , as she cried silently. Her maid watched her with pity , as she does not know what to do nor what to said.
Even tough , she was a strong mentally and physically, higon's futur queen is an emotionally person. She let her emotion and feelings took control way to often. That is what happening here.

"I don't want to be a queen!"

She exclaimed as she wipe away her tears , after minutes, she was now ready to fight for her freedom.
The poor girl didn't had any freedom during practically her whole life. Her mother , the queen , would trap her into the castle , she would made her learn how to control perfectly her power , she would made her be the gifted and perfect child. Her mother , didn't gave her any free time nor break time. It almost felt like she was a slave who waited for her turn to be executed. Actually she didn't have any childhood, her so said childhood felt like her last years. Forced to be perfect , being the first , always the first , always in competition with other. It was her lifestyle. All that until she read that book. An old tale , surely from centuries ago. "Mulan." Was how this tale was named.

The story of a girl who fight for her right and boundaries.

"Mom I want to be like Mulan!" She once said.

It's time to be who I decide to be , not someone that society want me to be.

Is what Mai thought. Getting up from her bed as she wiped her last few tears away , she grabbed her bandages and her sports clothes.

"What are you doing ?" Sua , her second mother asked.

"Some workout , I need to keep my head clear" The fox-like girl said as walk to the golden doors. Ready to escape this hell.

Oh. Dear. She wanted to run away. She wanted to leave for good. She wanted so many things. She wanted to fight for her freedom , she wanted to tears appart whoever wants to trap her again , she wanted to leave this life for another. She wanted a real life. Not a life already written from A to Z.
At this point she didn't even knew herself. Was she herself or is she another version of her mom?
The saddest part of the story , is that she doesn't even know.

"Why don't you want to be a queen ? It's every girls dream ! You'll be able to so much things ! Mai !" Sua said before she could open the Door.

"Why don't i want to be a queen? Are you kidding me?"
Mai's blood started to boil as she glared at her maid.

"You know damn well Why! I don't want to , because mother will decide , instead of me ! She won't let me said or even express my opinion , she didn't did it once in my life !! She just want another doll to take control over , who'll obey like a damn dog !   And I don't want and will never want a trapped life like that !!"

She let shout at her , as she storm out of her luxurious room. Heading to the gym , she saw a figure that she wished never seeing again. Her brother.

Ewan Kkura. Her blood related brother but enemy in her mind. Both of their mind actually.
He wanted to be like her no he wanted to be better. Mai , the second born , was always seen as the perfect child. Ewen was the forgotten one , the one that not a single person see.
He was transparent , so close to be invisible. But now he wanted to glow. Glow and shine, way more then her sister. He was capable of all to be better then her.

As Mai saw Him, she turned away , and made her way toward the garden. She didn't want any more problems.

It was now past 10pm and no one is allowed to go out. But she didn't care less. She didn't care about nothing.

"Hey ! You can't be there !"
A guard said as he walk toward the black haired girl figure.
That's when she started to run , run as fast as she can. She ran toward the main place of the garden , where a beautiful water fountain was on , spitting water. She took a sharp turn to the left , only to climb into a rocked wall who separate the castle from the outside kingdom. As soon as she arrived at the top of it , she could see the beautiful kingdom of hers standing just in front of her figure.
Mai was now outside the castle as she climbed another rocked wall and jumped. She didn't stopped to run , and will probably won't until some time.

That was before she bumped into someone who appeared in front of her suddenly. Making her body met the floor in a loud "boum"

"The fuvk?!"

She exclaimed as she get off the floor. Glaring at the tall figure infront of her. "He was wearing strange clothes." She thought. The woman didn't know if he was a citizen, a tourist or someone else. But he wasn't a Normal one. He had this strange energy , so mysterious yet so addicting . He was definitely someone important in this new world.

"My bad. I apologize" He apologized, even though he didn't seems to mean it.

"I hope you do. " she replied , in an annoyed and cold tone. Mai wasn't someone with a bitchy attitude , until she received one. But in this situation , the man behaviour pissed her off more then it should have.

She was about to continue her way until the stranger grabbed her arms , making her stop walking , and looks straight into her eyes.

"We needs your help, princess."
