"We need your help princess."

The stranger said as he look deeply into her eyes , she didn't cared until now but he had those piercing eyes that no one could ever resist.

"Oh no you don't." She said as she tried to get rid of his grip on her.

"Please just listen to me once." He said , tightening his grip on her arms.

Mai didn't had any choice but to listen to him or  he wouldn't let her away.

"Speak." She coldly said as she glared at him once again.

"Let me explain you at mine. We needs a better place to talk , aren't we?"

"There's no way I'm following you." The princess said as she get rid of his grip as she notices the redish mark that he left on her arms.

"You had to listen."

"What if I don't. I don't have to do anything."

"You'll be able to finally be free if you trust us."

"What if I don't?"

"You'll be. Trust me."

"I won't."

The princess said as she walk away. Walking in a speed pace to her favorite place. The beach. Even though the beach should be her least favorite place since her blessed ability is to manipulate fire. But she just feel attracted to this place. It even bring her comfort.

Her feet sink into the cold sand of the night , as she made her way to a rock , not too far from the calm water. Waving at her , as it come back and forth. Making the moon dancing into it reflection. It feels weirdly comforting for the girl who watch this performance silently.

A sigh escaped her mouth as she kept looking at the shiny stars in the sky.

"Look at the sky tonight..."
She started humming , as nostalgia came to take her heart into this sad feeling.

"All of the stars have a reason , a reason to shine , a reason like mine.."

Taken back by the tough memories , she started to live again this memories that she feared so much.

Scream and loud sounds could be heard in the castle , as maid and guards ran in chaos , having no where to heads.

"Mom...? Dad....? Ewan...?" A little girl , shaking from fear murmured.

"Mai !" A tall male figure appears from the corner of the room.

"Do not move from your room , if you heard no noise anymore , eat this and listen to my instructions closely."

The little girls nodded as she watch her dad.

"This , it's the crystal orbs. It contains your inside abilities along with your spirituals one. Do not broke it if you hear noise. When you will break this, make sure to swallowed all of the shiny part of it. "

"Isn't it , dangerous?"

"It is not. Its safe. Once you do not hear any noise , broke it , do not tell mom about what you're doing. And then swallowed it. " the man said as he gave her the Red-ish orbs.

"Take it with your two hands as you swallowed it sweetheart. "

"Why that daddy?" The little girl asked as she gently took the red crystals.

"The right side. Pure and rough power.

While the left side. Means , mindset and smartness. If you keep balancing this two elements and many other. You'll be able to do much more. That's why you need to take it with both of your hands

The tall man didn't  had the opportunity to finish his sentence as he disappeared into a black smoke. Flying to Heaven. Or sinking to hell.

The little girl didn't waste any seconds. She did what her dad told her to do. She broke the orbs ans swallowed all of the shiny part of it. Her body moved faster then her mind , it was like a reflex , almost naturally.

After her last mouthful of the orbs part , she heard big and loud footsteps
Getting louder and closer to her.

"Mai , my child !"
A pretty lady came into her room , dispersing the smoke all around her place.

"You missed mama right ? Of course you did." 

Before her so said mom could had anything , the little girl faint into her arms. As blood started to drop from her now red lips.

That'a when the woman ,  Wonyoung understood that it was too late. Her child own now the power she's been seeking for years.

"No one will ever remember that. [???] Change the story right now. I want you to make like (???) Never existed. I want him to be never born."

She glared at her maid as she saw her nodding from fear.

"Make me the queen from the beginning. Now. "

"Yes ma'am."

The maid said , as the story was now changed. The maid changed the story. No one remembered who the man was , no one remembered how Higon's queen went to prisons. No one remembered that.

Thats what Wonyoung thought.

"And I'm Falling to pieces. Look at the sky tonight , all of the stars have a reason" She sang , looking at the stars.

The princess,  was now laying on the same rock,  tears falling from her cheeks as she remember the old memories.

"Kkura Mai."

Her mom voice called her. God how she hated it. Without turning to face her own mother , Mai replied , not really interested in whatever she's going to say.

"Yes mother?"

"You cross one of my rules. You ran away."

"Sorry mother. I needed a break from the castle." She replied , talking nonsense as she obviously lied.

"I don't care about your stupid apologies. That's not how a futur queen act ! You will be punished kkura Mai !"

She quickly sighed , knowing that her mother will be harsh with her. Since this was the first time that she disobeyed to one of her rules.

"The ceremony will be tomorrow."

Her mother coldly said as Mai's body suddenly froze.

"W-what ceremony?" She asked, playing stupid with her mother. Thinking that it might save her from once. But she was wrong.

"Don't be like that with me. You'll be a queen tomorrow and take my place. You know that I have hearth problems and that your brother Is useless. Higon's destiny is now in your hands."

The tall woman said as she walk away. Glaring one last time at her daughter. Letting behind her a teary Mai once again.

"I don't want to be a queen. Not now.." She whispered to the ocean. Her only friend. The only person that listen to her problems.

"Oh please , please someone help me..."

She desesperatly said.

But suddenly,  she felt a hand on her shoulder.

"I can help. You asked for help. I'm giving you mine."
