Last Battle🌿

Appearing at the exact location of the black wizard, Zeref felt his powers want to unleash at it's fullest but he held it within him.

Feeling the strongest aura, a small smirk tugged at his lips knowing exactly how that feels. After all, he was once like that when he was still walking the wrong path.

"How long are you going to hide, Zuha?" His voice was deep as he looked straight ahead feeling his powers spiral within.

A black mist conjures right in front of him before a figure emerged from it. "Ah, the changed king of Alvarez. Should I be honored?" He mocks but Zeref didn't sway him by showing reactions.

"I've warned you Zuha. Still, you turned your back and did what you did. Tell me, what have you gained from these? Watching those titans gobble up the innocent, separating them from their families and making them homeless?" Zeref got straight to the point.

Zuha's brows quirks before he suddenly laughed outloud.

"Innocent? Are you hearing yourself right now, your majesty? With your curse of contradiction, you talk about innocent? I find that so hard to believe."

Zeref sighed feeling pity claw at his chest. He was once like this struggling lad good thing it wasn't too late for him and truth be told, he wants Zuha to do the same.

"There is no excuse for what I have done in the past, Zuha. I have done the worst that brought too many troubles, wizards and humans a like. I have done a lot and I do not deserve forgiveness but everyone of us deserves a second chance. No matter what you did, you'd be forgiven if you show every one you trully regret it and make it up to them. It would not be that easy. But you will get there."

Zuha trembles in rage at Zeref's words. He hates it! He hates how Zeref now talks about kindness the moment his battle with fairytail was done.

Foolish people. After Zeref's misconducts, they still managed to forgive him.

"Shut your trap!! You think you are that kind to talk about forgiveness. Don't make me laugh Zeref. Because of you, I have have become what I am today, because of you, I bacame the strongest wizard! Now, you want to take that away from me?!"

Zuha's powers slipped from him as it now covered him from head tp toe. His veins popped out as his eyes turned opaque.

This hardened once soft expression seeing what Zuha wants him to understand. And so he let loose. His own blinding powers finally escaped encasing him with it's radiance as his eyes bore icily at the enemy before him.

"Don't even think of challenging me, Zuha. You are of no match," the king's tone lowered in warning but was only given a smirk by the black wizard.

"It's been years since I left Alvarez, Zeref. Do you think I just turned humans to titans for the past ten years? Ah, yes, you do not know."

Zeref's brows furrowed.

"Each human I turn titans, I absorb their humanity and transform it to magic powers. And how many have I let loose already, hmm? 10,000? 1 million? A hundred million? How about a billion?" Zuha bragged and that was the last straw.

Zeref's aura completely darkened, his eyes boring dangerously at the black wizard before he was moving.

He was suddenly gone from he was standing and the next second, Zuha was thrown far, slamming on the rocks almost breaking his spine.

The black wizard groaned in pain as he tried to get up but wasn't given a chance as Zeref was on him again, hands now wrapped on his throat lifting him up, Zerefs nails digging on his skin.

Zuha was completely taken by shock seeing Zeref stronger and faster than he was before. Why is it like this? They told him the king lost half of his powers when he lost his battle with fairytail. Was he misinformed?
