Y/n smith is a 24 year old girl who is visiting Monaco with her friends. She has always wanted to visit here not just because of how nice it is but it was her dream to meet someone from the f1 grid there...especially her favorite driver Charles Lecl...
I had just woke up from my nap and I went downstairs and switched on my tv and put it on the f1 channel. I sat on my couch and watched the pre race paddock walk. Whilst I was watching that archie and emma came and sat down next to me. Emma brought me some popcorn and sour patch kids for me to snack on whilst watching the race. The paddock walk had just finished and the race was about to start. I was watching the tv like a hawk to see that everything went well with Charles race.
'Its light out and away we go'
The race started and Charles got a good exit and was now in p1. He stayed in p1 for most of the race but then max managed to get past him. In the last final few laps Charles pulled out a really good move and he got past max and he won the first race of the season. I got up from the couch and cheered for him and was so proud of him. Emma then joined me in the jumping and we stayed jumping together. We watched the podium and he looked so happy...it made me happy.
The race was over and it was now about 7.00 pm so emma and I decided to order in a we order some panda express. We got our food and we ate. Whilst emma cleaned up I let archie go to the backyard and run around and do his business. After he was done I cleaned up after him and we went back inside. I had just gotten back inside and I sat down on the couch with emma and we decide to watch a few episode of how I met your mother.
During one of the episodes I started getting a call from a unknown number and I tell emma to pause the tv. I picked up my phone and said 'Hello who is this'. At first there was no reply and then the person on the other line said 'Hello is this miss y/n ?' I was confused but said 'yes this is she. May I ask what this call is about?'. The person on the other line said 'yes, of course but we aren't the people who wanted to contact you. Let me pass him the phone'. I looked at emma like I didn't know what was going on...and then I heard his voice 'y/n is that you. Its Charles...Charles Leclerc.' I jumped up from the couch and said 'omg, is it really you. I have been trying to reach you for weeks now'. He then said 'yeah, me to but you didn't give me your last name so it was really hard. Then I got some PI and they found you'. It then hit me that he still hasn't seen the text. I let out a laugh and said ' Maybe you should check on your Instagram DM requested since you don't follow me. There is some news there'. I smiled really big and then I heard Charles say 'omg omg omg are you serious this is the best news ever. How far along are you? Are you ok? when can I see?' I let out a laugh and said ' well, I am 7 weeks pregnant and yes I am ok. I got used to the morning sickness and umm I don't know when you can see me that your call'. He then said 'Ok, I have your number and your Instagram I will call you back in a bit because I have to go do something with the team...but when I get back I will face time you and we can talk more ok?' I agreed and we said by to each other and hung up. I then started cheering and screaming and told emma everything. She gave me a big hug and said to me ' see I told you he will come around. After so much screaming I call the other girls and told them everything and they where so happy for me. After I called them I went up to my room and changed into my pjs and tried to look as decent as I could.

I then went into my room and sat on my bed and cuddled archie for a bit. Then I did some journaling and watched some tv until I heard my phone ring. I fixed myself a bit and answered the phone. When I saw his face a smile just appeared on mine. We started talking about everything and he kept saying how sorry he was that he wasn't there for any of the pregnancy but he would make it up to me. We then got to know each other more and we spent about 4 hours talking about life, the baby and what was going to happen between us. He then said to me 'How about we meet at the Miami grand prix. I think that that is the best idea for both of us. You wont have to travel that much.' I agreed with him and then he told me ' If you have any other appointment's considering the baby call me because I want to be as present as I can be'. I gave him a smile and then I said 'of courser I will call you. Also when we see each other in person next I will be 17 weeks pregnant so I will be showing. Is that a problem?' He then said to me ' No, definitely not. I am not ashamed that I am going to have a baby. And if you are concerned of paparazzi remember that I will always be there.' He then gave me a smile and he then said ' I will send you your paddock pass and some other things to you by post. You will get them in a few weeks'
We then talked for a bit more and then at about 2.00 in the morning we hung up our phones and I laid down and cuddled up archie and we went to sleep. I was so happy I couldn't stop smiling.
