Charles and I where getting ready to go to bed. Charles was brushing his teeth and I was taking my pregnancy supplement and doing my skincare. As I bent down to put my stuff away I felt a gush of a liquid coming out of me. The first thing I taught was oh no I peed my pants but then it hit me, my water had just broke. I looked at charles and said 'Charles help me up please, my water just broke'. He looked at me in shock and said 'Are you sure, what do I need to do, we need to call the hospital and tell them that we are coming'. He then came to help me up and I said 'You call the hospital, I need to shower and put on some comfy clothes and then we will leave'. He grabbed his phone and diled the hospital whilst I went to the shower shower and got changed into some comfy clothes.

I walked out of the bathroom and the contractions started hitting so charles was timing them. After it passed we got all the hospital bags and made our way to my car. He put the stuff in the back and we drove to the hospital. Whilst we where in the car another contraction hit and I timed it on my stopwatch that we where keeping. After about 30 minutes and a few contractions later we got to the airport. Charles got the stuff and I waddled into the hospital. I checked in and then they put me in a wheel chair and they wheeled me to my delivery suite. We got there and as I stood up another contraction hit and this time it really hurt so I held onto charles. After it passed I then changed into my birthing gown and laid on the bed for them to check my dilation. They said that I was 4 cm dilated so I need to do some things to induce it. They brought me a yoga ball so I bounced on that for a while. After a while I decide to walk around the room and whenever I had a contraction I would stop. After about an hour they checked me again and they said that I was 9cm dilated so I sat on the bed thing and they told me to start breathing. Charles was by my side and he held my hand. When they told me to start pushing I did and it was painful but I just wanted to get Jules out.
2 hours of labor and pain later I heard his cry. Jules had been born. They cleaned him up and then they put him on me and he was the cutest thing I had ever seen. I then gave him to charles to hold and when I took him off of me he started to cry and then they gave him to charles and I said to him 'Talk to him babe'. Charles then said to Jules 'Hi, Jules. I am your dad'. As soon as Jules heard his voice he stopped crying. I looked at charles and then I said 'See all that talking to my belly paid off'
After a few hour I got cleaned up and did all the necessary postparthom things and then I laid back down on my now clean bed. Jules needed to be fed so they charles gave him to me and I started Brest feeding him. After he was fed I gave him to charles and he put him to bed. He put him in his crib next to me and then charles took a picture of him and said 'I think we should call our parents and just show them Jules and see their reaction since they don't know you gave birth.' I like that Idea so we first called my parents and they were so happy and then we called charles family and they where so surprised and happy it was the sweets thing ever. After that charles said 'Should the world know that he is born too.' I nodded at him and he posted the cutest post ever.

Caption: My boy has been born, December 1st 2023. Jules louis Herve Leclerc was named after 2 very important people in my life and they should live on threw him. I am so happy that I have achieved 2 very great thing in the past 2 weeks, becoming and f1 world champion and becoming a father. I will cherish this moment very dearly and I am so happy that both y/n and Jules are healthy.
After we posted everything charles went to the couch pull out bed thing and he took a nap there and I laid down on the bed and drifted off to bed.
I cant believe this all started from a one night stand that lead to an accidental pregnancy which lead to us falling in love with one another and finally we got our sweet baby boy Jules. I cant wait to see what life gives us in the coming years but I know they will be full of adventure and fun times.
