Warning(s): cursing. And also very gay thoughts.
...
It was the same evening of the first practice I had with Dark Cacao. He was all that was on my mind. Why was he so quiet? And he's so tall...and pretty. Very slim and had an amazing body shape too. I rolled back and forth in bed, grumbling and stuffing a pillow into his face. Why was that damn guy on my mind 24/7? It was ridiculous! I only met him once. Once!
...
"GOD DAMN IT!" I'd yell. Sure I'm gay, but good lord. I stared out of his bedroom window of my apartment. It was a cold but pleasant night.
[Dark Cacao has such nice musc-]
"OH MY MOTHERFUCKING GOD!"
I yelled again, but shut myself up, knowing I'd wake up my neighbors if I continued my yelling.
"...I take it back. I'm in love. I'm in love with my skating coach."
I continued to stare at the ceiling, growing dreary. My eyes fluttered and fluttered as it became dark. I was asleep.
[BEEP BEEP MOTHERFU-]
I shot up groggily, slamming my hand on my alarm. Why did I set that as the audio again? I groaned, pushing myself up and hobbling over to my bathroom. I had to get ready for morning practice which would last 3-5 hours. I glanced at a yellow sticky note on my mirror, sighing. Only one week away from the competition. I was nervous, and afraid. This girl I was competing against had a reputation, if you will. Sometimes she'd have her opponents jumped two or so days before competitions, or maybe she'll have a hitman poison them, or maybe even killed. But this information was hush hush. Not a lot of people knew about it, but only the most infamous skaters and coaches did. Cacao probably knew about it too, and would probably give him warnings and be cautious on competition day. I shook my head, snapping out of my trance, brushing my teeth, taking a shower, brushing my hair, doing make up and putting on my uniform, and polish my skates. I scarfed down breakfast, grabbed a water bottle, slipped on my shoes and left my apartment.
I got in my car, driving to the Frozen Floor skating rink for practice like I did every day. I arrived, staring at the place and letting some chills slither down my spine. Will I win? Will I get jumped or poisoned by that girl? I have no clue.
I glanced to the left side of the parking lot. Cacao's Navy-blue car sitting close by, glimmering like a pearl in the morning sun.
"What's the time?" I looked at my watch. It was 8:52 am.
"...I'm a little early, but whatever. it's better then being late."
I pushed the main doors open, walking through reception and the lockers after dropping my stuff off. Cacao was already on the rink, drifting and glided across the ice with ease. I was surprised. Usually, he would be waiting for me in the bleachers, waving me over each day or evening I arrived. I set down my shoes and Yeti cup full of hot chamomile tea. He looked..graceful...blessed...and calm too. Still pretty nevertheless.
"Hey, my eyes are up here."
"OH, GREAT HEAVENS!" I yelled. He startled me and knocked me out of whatever trance I was in.
"Scared you, did I?"
"...Yeah."
"Apologies. I saw you zoning out and had to make sure you were okay."
