Letting go of someone is hard. And this is the second person I have experienced where it is so hard for me to let the strings lose their grip away from me. However, I have to. I have to force myself to let everything about you go --- the memories, the feeling of being held for the first time, the pain, and the resentment.
It will be hard.
There will be moments of relapses.
There will be times when I have to sit on the floor and cry for help, asking God to heal the parts of me that have been damaged.
But I know this will all pass.
