Foresight went a long way, the events of the prior and dire conflict the family had all went through weighed heavily upon Setsuna's own psyche, she had struggled to fully recover from the damage that Mukuro left on her brain and body. There were now scars where his trident had went into her pale flesh, they ached only when it rained and she found herself plagued by dreams with Mukuro in them, tormenting her with illusions or just words. It was insane to think it was actually him but in the depths of her mind he remained, whenever she was with Hibari they had phantom pangs of pain but he had become like a shadow to her, his way of making it up which seemed sadistic. "I worry about her sometimes Dino. That girl is almost like a magnet." Reborn remarked whilst the two conversed, Setsuna had always been very cheery and still was yet at times had a far off expression, normally it was like this but not as much since the Xanxus incident. The loyalty and love for the family grew and she had been training herself fairly often now, taking it upon herself to find a way to use her flames, prevent what happened with Mukuro ever again but still the Mist and Cloud guardians were the strongest aside from the Rainbow guardian in strength. "Our Setsuna? She'll be fine Reborn, she takes her duties more serious than the rest of Tsuna's famiglia do." Dino had a point for once, most didn't truly feel the brunt or weight of the responsibilities that came with being in the mafia and the most prominent mafia family by far in the mob history. "You two talking shit about me?" Setsuna's voice broke through as Dino jumped and the infant merely chuckled, Setsuna taking a seat in between the two's chairs. "Just shop talk, it's nothing serious. You seem to be in better spirit than normal though." Reborn remarked whilst she crossed her legs, dressed in far more of a casual outfit than her maid or school uniform since it was now the weekend. "Great, let's keep it short and sweet. I have to meet up with the Boss and Takeshi and Hayato." Dino stared at the woman who looked gorgeous as usual yet the small dark eye circles under her eyes were notable, even Reborn was aware how tired she currently had been doing lately. After about 45 minutes of the three adults speaking about the state of affairs, they left the cafe they were in and Dino exchanged numbers with Setsuna, in case she needed him for anything at all and their sit downs concluded like this normally. Reborn stood and watched the ordeal, Dino had never been able to hide his feelings and the infant truly thanked whatever god was out there for how clueless Setsuna was to others, unable to realize how they felt. Ever since he met her as a child and noted that Xanxus was frankly in love with her like Dino but she was none the wiser, after all these months she still had no idea that Tsunayoshi was already developing feelings for the woman. Of course Hayato and Takeshi were right behind him with Kyoya and Mukuro, Kyoya went about it in his passively aggressive manner while Mukuro plagued her dreams. Takeshi remained a good friend and hung out with her as much as possible even inviting her to his fathers sushi shop, Hayato had decided to become her little smoking and drinking buddy, both delinquents in nature so it made sense they were good friends. Ryohei did his best to get her to join the boxing club to which Setsuna declined, options to instead try to hangout with all the guardians together or separately, to strengthen their bonds and get the famiglia connected. The bratty Lambo took to Setsuna and spent a lot of time playing with the rainbow guardian, she liked to hang out at Tsuna's and play with Ipin and Lambo and the young boy Fuuta whenever she went to the Sawada house. Tsuna in his own way had a warped way of showing he liked her, always by her side, hanging out with her with the boys as often as possible, making sure any chance for studying he took with her and tried his best to impress Setsuna like the others did. "There you are, you look really p-pretty!" Tsuna stuttered out as he stared up at Setsuna, her outfit was something none of them saw her in often due to how seriously the woman took the job she was tasked with. Dressed in a black skirt with ruffles, a red shirt with black frills on the top, fishnets, black boots, signature choker and necklace and ribbons in her hair, she looked beautiful as usual except in casual attire had a charm to herself. "Aw! Thank you Tsuna. You're so cute!" Setsuna hugged the small boy tightly, his face immediately into her chest as both of Hayato and Takeshi blushed. "H-hey! Greet us like you do the Boss too!" Hayato spat out with a red face full of embarrassment, she laughed after letting Tsuna go and hugged the gray haired boy. "There, happy now Hayato? Come here, I'll greet you properly too." Immediately Takeshi bolted over to her and let her hug him just the same as Hayato and Tsuna, "This is nice, you should greet us like this all the time." Takeshi blushed bright red like Hayato as she shoved his face into her large chest, nearly suffocating him in the process. "Now we'll go shopping. I'm excited!" Setsuna grinned as the group went on a shopping spree in the mall since it was the weekend, she had to get gifts for all her friends. After stopping at a few of the stores they acquired some items and then were met by Reborn, the group were all sitting together talking when the sounds of a fight in the shopping center district loudly resounded, stopping them in their tracks from how close it was to their general area and vicinity inside of the streets. Immediately Setsuna had dropped all her bags at the sight of the head of silvery white hair she saw, long white hair that could only belong to one person as she'd noticed the design of the Varia jacket the man wore, it was Squalo Superbia from Varia. "All of you need to go home. Now!" Setsuna shouted as she had noticed that Squalo was fighting one of their members of CEDEF, the external organization of Vongola. The short boy fighting Squalo was Basil, his mentor Iemitsu who also was Tsuna's father and a member of CEDEF and if he was fighting with a Varia member it meant nothing good, even Reborn agreed with Setsuna yet the boys did not listen to her. Squalo while they watched easily incapacitated Basil with his hand sword and then turned his attention to the group, "Voi! I been looking for you and that little brat behind you. Come with me." Squalo shouted at Setsuna glared deadly daggers at the older man in front of her, his sword pointed at Setsuna while she flared up her dying will flames in both fists. "Over my dead body you sharkfaced fuck! Hand over the rings in your hands now, that CEDEF member was bringing them to my Boss here." Setsuna barked back at the man who simple cackled at the idea of such a kid being the Boss of their Rainbow guardian. "That runt is Vongola Decimo? Yeah right! You're coming with me and the rings, it's Xanxus's orders!" Squalo retorted sharply as Setsuna, Takeshi and Hayato took on Squalo and sadly the two boys were defeated whilst Tsuna and Setsuna took on the swordsman. Luckily Dino arrived to stop Squalo fighting with Setsuna and get to Tsuna and due to his respect for Dino he backed off, taking with him the fake Vongola rings which they found out at the hospital with Basil and Iemitsu. He had to explain to Tsuna that they had the real rings on them and they were for Tsuna and all of his guardians, this caused Tsuna to panic and to leave the hospital only to wake up with the sky ring the next day. Setsuna and all of the other guardians also had their respective rings now, this set off Xanxus since he realized after the rings brought to him were fake and the Varia set out for Japan immediately with an enraged Xanxus. "The fuck do you mean she was with those brats and refused to go!" Xanxus threw a glass at the wall as Squalo dodged it, "Not my fault she called that kid her Boss. You know she'll come once she realizes you're the new Boss of the family." Squalo remarked as all of the Varia members sat together in the room with Xanxus, his rage was unadulterated ever since he awoke from his slumber to find out Setsuna was in Japan with that boy and his phony guardians. "The Princess will be with us again, Boss." Belphegor giggled insanely at the idea, remembering their favorite little maid he used to terrorize when Xanxus was younger and him and the Varia just started out. While the Varia stayed in Japan and the guardians of Vongola Decimo trained including Setsuna, her mind was consumed with memories of back at the Vongola mansion with Xanxus and all of the Varia members, it plagued Setsuna to no end knowing they were now in Japan. "Where are you going? Voi! Little maid, stop running!" Squalo shouted as he chased the woman in the garden of the Vongola mansion, Setsuna's usual terrorizer was Belphegor, a young prince that Xanxus took in but Squalo was one of her tormentors. He often was tasked with finding Setsuna to bring her to Xanxus whereas the boy who was four years younger than her, Bel who would either stab her, try to kill her or just make her do things for him and pester her way more sadistically than Xanxus ever did. Out of all the members it was Lussuria who treated her the kindest, Levi had respect purely out of his loyalty to Xanxus since almost all of Varia was aware he had taken to Setsuna and this was also why Belphegor treated her in such a way. The Arcobaleno Viper on the other hand had not much opinion on Setsuna, knowing her as the Rainbow user and not messing with her due to his fear of Reborn who's soft spot for the girl made it incredibly stupid to harm her in any form. "Leave me alone you sword freak! I have work to do not play with the Varia!" She cried out as Squalo eventually caught her and threw the maid over his shoulder, kicking at him and trying to get away was futile. "Shishi! The Princess is here." Belphegor cackled as he saw Squalo walk into the room, Lussuria gave a wave and smiled at her whilst she got put down. "Took you long enough, vaffanculo! You, all of you get the fuck out now!" Xanxus had to blow his lid, luckily Levi only gave a nod and Viper said nothing to her while Bel giggled and Squalo muttered to himself as they all shuffled out of the room. Immediately Xanxus stood up from his seat before making his way over to the small girl, easily he picked her up and had carried her before settling back on the lavish chair with Setsuna on his lap, fidgeting around nervously. "Th-this is not very appropriate to do X-Xanxus.." Setsuna's flushed face stared up at the older male who simply chuckled to himself lowly, "You can worry about your head maid bullshit the fuck later. Do you know just how long I had to wait for that white haired scum to fucking bring you to me?" Xanxus had retorted simply as she shook her head and did her best to steady herself and hide the blush on her cheeks. The memory of sitting with him made her mind swirl as she stared into the mirror, it pissed her off to think about what the psycho had probably done to Vongola Nono in her absence, let alone the fact they'd have to fight the Varia squad leaders with a bunch of middle schoolers.
