As the screen lights up, the camera pans up towards a manor and into a room. There, within the room stands Lord James Charlus-Fleamont Potter and his two brothers in all but blood, Remus Lupin and Sirius Black-Lupin. On Remus' lap, sits an almost 3 years old Kaida Fallon-Lily Potter giggling as Sirius makes funny faces at her.
"Hang on a bloody minute! I marry Mooney over here?" Sirius dramatically exclaimed as he jabbed his elbow in Remus' direction making his close friends laugh. Remus could only blush at the thought that he ended up marrying Hogwarts' biggest playboy. "Like I knew Sirius was bisexual, but he always leant more towards the women. I never thought you'd marry Mooney, mate." James said after finishing his laughing fit making Sirius mumbled something about 'how that was supposed to stay between the two of them.' "Wait a second, isn't that the ancestral Potter Manor?" A Gryffindor asked making James nod his head and whisper an almost inaudible yeah.
Muffled screams and extremely colourful swear words could be heard in the next room over. This was Lily Potter neé Evans cursing James for getting her pregnant again. A few minutes later, Lily's screams and swearing ceased as a soft wail was heard in the room. Madame Poppy Pomfrey, the Hogwarts medi-witch popped her head out of the room and beckoned James over "It's a boy, Lord Potter. You may go in, feel free to bring Mr Lupin and Mr Black-Lupin in with you if you want. It seems little Kaida has already found her way in past me." Madame Pomfrey stated, chuckling as her sight landed on her goddaughter who was cooing lovingly at her new baby brother.
"I marry James and have two kids with him?!" Lily yelled before flushing a deep scarlet at the realization that the father of her children is James Charlus-Fleamont Potter. Her friends laughed upon seeing her flushed face as Marlene McKinnon, one of her close friends, begun to tease her.
"I love you, Henri Edgar-James Potter and I will always protect you." Kaida whispered to Harry who lay in her arms wrapped up in a metallic grey coloured blanket. Lily and James, alongside Sirius and Remus could only awe at the scene infront of them as Remus conjured up a Polaroid camera and snapped a photo of the adorable moment. "Who are you making godfather, Lily, James?" Sirius asked two of his closet friends who shared a glance before looking back at him and Remus who was waving the already printed picture around, waiting for it to dry and reveal the photo he took.
"Please say me, please say me, please say me..." Sirius whispered crossing his fingers as he continued to mumble about being Harry's godfather.
"Well, we were thinking about making both you and Frank godfather of Harry and then Alice and Marlene as godmother. Petunia, Madame Pomfrey and Min-Min are Kai's godmothers and Regulus is her godfather. Our second one for Kai is still undecided." James voiced, chuckling quietly at the look of bafflement present on Sirius' face before he burst out cheering making everyone in the room laugh (well except Harry who let out a cheerful gurgle) at his antics.
"Yes, yes, yes, yes! I'm godfather, yes!" Sirius shouted as he danced in his seat making his friends laugh at his over exaggerating antics. "If I made Tuney Kai's godmother then does that mean we were able to mend our relationship in the future?" Lily whispered as a piece of paper floated down and landed infront of her. She picked it up and read through it silently as she smiled at the words written on the parchment.
"You and aunt Tuney were able to mend your relationship with each other a few months after you graduated. She confessed that she was jealous of you getting all the attention after you got your Hogwarts letter but when you showed her some in her words 'amazing and wowing' spells she promised she'd be a better sister to you. Yours, Kai."
After Lily finished reading it, the piece of parchment set alight which caused her to let go as she watched fascinated by how the grey ashes of the page never set on her lap. "Thank you for making me Kaida's godfather, Lily." Regulus whispered, a small unnoticeable smile on his face as he looked over towards the girl who smiled back at him.
"Have you picked out a name for Harry? It's obviously short for something..." Remus stated as he finished waving the photo around and showed it to Sirius who grinned and conjured up a small wooden picture frame with intricate designs, the photo now resting in the frame which he showed to Lily and James. "Kai actually decided on his name a few weeks ago after she found out she was having a baby brother. Both she and Lily looked over name choices and decided on Henri Edgar-James Potter." James said, smiling at his eldest as she rocked Harry around in her arms and made silly faces which made him gurgle happily.
"Now that's just adorable." Dorcas Meadows commented, as many in the hall agreed with her, even the purebloods who had small unnoticeable smiles on their faces as they watched the rest of the scene play out on the screen.
The camera began to pan out of the room and the conversations alongside Harry's happy gurgles became inaudible.
The second chapter is finished, and yes, this is the second chapter for today. I may possibly post another one later this evening but only time will tell. How cute is the sibling bond between Kaida and Harry? There'll be more Wolfstar and Dorlene scenes in the future, yes, I ship both.
