Without warning, she pushes me against the desk, her hand's exploring my body.
"What's wrong, big guy? Afraid of a little girl like me?"
Her breath fanned my neck, and I could feel my resolve breaking.
"Jocelyn, please." I say, breathlessly.
Once he...
The weekend goes by quickly and it's time to go back to work. Pressing the elevator button, I head up to my office. I get my self situated at my desk ready to check my email, but I hear a knock at my door.
"Ms. Erickson, the director would like to see you." Goodness. What a wonderful morning. I was only here for one minute.
Reluctantly I get up and head over to his office. I lightly knock on the door alerting my presence. He grumbles at me to come in and I do so.
"How was the meeting, did they consider business with us?" He rushed questions at me and it only adds to my anger towards him.
He didn't show up and left me alone. I bet he doesn't even know his own business plan.
"Mr. Carter said he would be rescheduling the meeting because you were not present." I replied, a little attitude showing in my voice. I can't believe he thought that yesterday was gonna go smoothly. Im not a member of the executive team.
He got mad, complaining like he does every day and yells at me to leave. I don't really let his attitude get to me because I have to many things to worry about.
Getting back to my office i start my work letting the day pass by.

"Another week of work completed. Can't wait for the weekend!" Lynn, my coworker, shouts.
"I know, but that relief is short lived." I sigh. Thinking about how short the weekend is.
"But let's not think about that, and drink!" She exclaims, while lifting up her glass.
I too lift up my glass and drink. Taking a big sip from my cup my mind wonders to the Isiah, the beautiful man I met last week.
I haven't got his number or anything since we met solely for business purposes, but I wish there was a way I could see him again.
My head starts to hurt from all the surrounding noise, so get up heading towards the entrance of the restaurant to get some fresh air.
This dinner party was for the signing with a big sponsor, which we really needed. I squat down near the the door sighing, trying to think some things through in my mind.
I hear a familiar deep, soothing voice from down the sidewalk. Turning my head to identify who it was I make eye contact with Isaiah, who for some reason was already looking at me.
He keeps me in his sight as he hurriedly makes his way to me.
"What are you doing out here so late, Angel?" He questions, worry evident in his tone.
I swoon at the nickname he gave me. It made me feel warm.
"Thinking about you."I glance up at him from my crouched position. Staring deep into his eyes.
"We're you drinking?" He asks.
"Yep."
I was a little tipsy from the wine but I was definitely still conscious.
"Let me help you up." I nodded at him as he lets out his hand for me to grab. Once I got up I looked at his face noticing his blush.
I don't know if it was the wine but I decided to lace his fingers with mine. Taking his hand towards my mouth, I kiss his fingers.
I innocently look up at him through my lashes, keeping his hand in mine. I enjoyed seeing him turn his head in embarrassment.
He's so cute.
I was going to take it a step further but he gently slips his hand from my grasp and let's out a deep breath.
"Let me help you home, it's dangerous to be out here by yourself at night." He states, scouting the surrounding area.
"No." I shake my head.
"I'm fine right here." I huff, letting my stubbornness show.
"Please cooperate with me, love. I'm worried about you being here alone." I take a second to think but I already know my response. I give in to his pleadings and nod my head.
"Ok. I'm getting tired anyway." He smiles brightly and leads me to his car.
He helps me in the front seat and reaches pass my shoulder to buckle my seatbelt. I roll my eyes at his behavior because he's treating me like a child.
He then goes over to the driver and starts the car.
"I can buckle my own seat belt. I'm not drunk." I huff.
"Oh, I'm sorry, love." He pouts, looking cute adjusting his glasses.
He looks away from me in embarrassment while fixing his rear view mirror.
"It's all good, beautiful." I reassure him giving him a soft smile.
He doesn't look at me so I put one finger on his chin and one under, and move his gaze towards me.
He finally looks at me. His face still flush red. I move my hand to his cheek and he leans into my touch, grasping my hand in his.
"Are you sure your not drunk." He questions, opening his eyes.
"I'm not." I reply, hoping he'd let me continue.
To my disappointment he removed my hand, setting it on my lap.
"Let's get going, I know your tired." He states, shifting the gear getting ready to drive off.
I start to look out the window near me just enjoying the view on the way.
Almost home.
