RECAP
We finished the food and I went to wake my daughter from her nap. She rubbed her eyes sleepily. "Mommy," she whispered groggily. I smiled and reached for her. Her tiny tan hands and legs immediately clamped around my neck and waist as I carried her out of the room. This little booger is my life. She is the spitting image of me except her huge gray eyes that's so adorable. She inherited the cute little pout from me and it back fires on me all the time and her eyes don't make it any better. She is definitely going to be a heart breaker.

*Rosie's Pov*
I woke with a start, sitting straight up in my bed. I turned to my alarm clock and slammed my hand down on the snooze button to cease the wretched beeps that came from it. I squinted my eyes to see the time.
6:30. Oh God! I immediately jumped out of bed and ran into the bathroom. I had exactly an hour to get to work. I must have repeatedly pressed the snooze button and fallen asleep again.
I did my business in the bathroom and ran to my closet. I pulled out my favorite black knee-length dress and slipped it on. I added my golden belt, gold earrings, and a golden pair of heels. I decided to leave my hair straight and down, but teased it a little bit. Even though I wasn't that pretty, the dress still looked good on me.
When I finished I ran out of the room and almost tackled Summer as she came around the corner.
"I called you a cab, he is waiting outside."
I pulled her in and hugged her tight. "Sum, you're a total life saver. I love you. Make sure both of you are ready by four." I kissed her forehead and sped out the door.
When I sat in the cab, it was 7:15. I leaned over the seat and handed the driver a hundred dollar bill.
"If you can get me to West Street before 7:30, you can have the whole thing."
His foot immediately slammed down on the gas. And my head hit the back of the seat so hard I was blind for a few seconds. Damn! Maybe I should've asked him not to kill me.
Luckily, we arrived at the building at 7:26. I jumped out, shouted a thanks over my shoulder, and ran inside the building. I clocked myself in at 7:29. Technically I wasn't late. I slowed my pace and smiled as I spotted the reception desk. Gosh, I was going to love making this chick's life hell!
As I approached the desk her whole demeanor changed. At first, she was talking to a girl near by all excitingly, and when her gaze landed on me an evil smirk slipped on her thin lips. Her smirk turned into a smile as I walked closer to her.
Hmm....She must have something up her sleeve.
"Morning, you have what I asked for?" I asked cockily. She smiled geniunelly. Was that a real smile?
Yup, definitely up to something!
" I sure do hun" she chirped in that nasty, sickly sweet voice of hers.
Her frail hands grasped two coffee cups from the desk behind her and place them in a cup holder.
"The one on the left is yours and the other one is Mr. Gonzales'."
I eyed the coffee and then stared at her. Did she seriously think I was stupid? She made it totally obvious. I laughed at her attempt to fool me.
"Thanks, girl. Mr. Gonzales will be extra happy. He told me how he loves coffee in the morning. The second one will brighten his mood for sure. I wish you would've gotten me one, though."
I picked them up, winked at her, and turned to walk to the elevator waiting for her to stop me.
