A few months later
It was a calm afternoon that day, Mimi was sitting reading a book with Kai sitting on her lap. Leo sat next to them to accompany them.
Kai was playing with his stuffed bunny that Leo bought for him. It was a white colored stuffed bunny, with a pink bow on it's neck, a pink dress with a pink hat and it also had a strawberry sewed on it.
Mimi thought that it was cute that Kai even named the bunny, he named it Lulu.
Now that she and Kai had lived with Leo for a long period of time, she started to like living with him. In fact, she wanted to stay with him forever with her little brother.
The whole time they had stayed there, Leo has been nothing but kind and respectful to her and Kai. He almost became kind of like a father figure to them.
She wanted it to stay like this forever.
But of course, nothing good ever lasts.

Kai as always, sleeps at the sofa while hugging his stuffed bunny, Lulu.
Mimi was washing the dishes at the kitchen. While washing the dishes, she suddenly had a bad feeling inside her heart.
She hoped Leo would come home earlier, he was now at work and his work ends in half an hour.
She wanted to ignore the bad feeling inside her, but she felt as though it will happen at any minute by now.
Mimi then decided to follow her instinct, she finished early and immediately ran to the living room where Kai was sleeping.
When she arrived there, she took Kai into her arms.
She opens the curtain and peeked out to see if there was anything outside.
There was nothing.
Just when she was about to close the curtains, she suddenly saw a black car entering the premises.
She thought it was Leo's car, but it looked different from his car.
' Oh well, maybe I'm just overthinking ', she thought.
Mimi walks towards the stairs and before she could even lift one of her leg to step onto the steps, the door suddenly got kicked open very hard.
" LEO, WHERE ARE YOU, YOU LITTLE BI*CH?!! "
Mimi got scared hearing the voice of an unknown man coming from the front doorstep.
Kai woke up from hearing the loud voice, his head looked up and see his older sister looking at the front in fear.
" Kai, are you awake? ", she whispers. Kai nods at her while hugging Lulu tightly.
While whispering at her little brother, she didn't notice a man walking at her direction.
The man took a bat and walks to them without making a single sound. When he was standing behind Mimi, Kai looked straight into the man's eyes while pointing his finger at him.
