Cashton - No Strings Attached, or Are They?

Calum and Ashton had been friends for years. They met in high school and had been in a band together since then. They were both single and enjoyed going out and having a good time. They had talked about hooking up before, but they always agreed that it would be too risky for the band.

One night, after a particularly wild show, they found themselves alone in a hotel room. Calum had been drinking and was feeling bold. He turned to Ashton and said, "You know what? We should just hook up. No strings attached."

Ashton looked at him with surprise. He had always had a crush on Calum, but he never thought it would happen. "Are you serious?" he asked.

Calum nodded. "Yeah, why not? We're both single and we're adults. It could be fun."

Ashton hesitated for a moment, but then he nodded. "Okay, let's do it."

They kissed for the first time that night and it was amazing. They couldn't believe how good it felt to be with each other. They spent the whole night together and when they woke up the next morning, they agreed that they had to keep it a secret from the rest of the band.

For the next few weeks, they continued to hook up whenever they were alone. They would sneak away from the rest of the band and have hot, passionate sex. They were both enjoying themselves and they didn't want anything to ruin it.

But then things started to change. Ashton began to develop feelings for Calum. He knew it was supposed to be a no strings attached relationship, but he couldn't help how he felt. He tried to ignore his feelings, but it was getting harder and harder.

One night, as they lay together in bed, Ashton couldn't take it anymore. He turned to Calum and said, "I think I'm falling in love with you."

Calum looked at him with surprise. "What? You can't be serious."

Ashton nodded. "I am. I know we agreed to keep it casual, but I can't help how I feel."

Calum sighed. "Ashton, I'm sorry, but I don't feel the same way. I like what we have, but I don't want anything more. I don't want to ruin the band or our friendship."

Ashton was heartbroken. He knew he should have never said anything. He had ruined everything.

From that moment on, things were awkward between them. They tried to continue their no strings attached relationship, but it wasn't the same. Ashton couldn't help but feel hurt every time they were together. Eventually, they stopped hooking up altogether.

The band never found out about their relationship, but things were never the same between Calum and Ashton. They still played together, but there was a tension between them that could never be resolved. Ashton knew that he had lost something special and he would always regret it.
