No Pov:In Greek Mythology, many gods reside in the Mountain of Olympus. There, Zeus reigns supreme as the god of gods among them. There, he married his sister, Hera, despite the incest, the two, as well as other gods all lived there.
Gods all represents a thing. Zeus represents the skies and lightning, Poseidon represents the seas and water, Heracles represents strength and heroism and Helios represents the sun, but one god was unfortunately representing hell, which led him to be seen as a villain.
This god was Hades as he resides in the underworld and judges dead souls of mortals to where they go upon death, eternal peace and tranquility or eternal pain and suffering. This led to him to be seen by mortals as an evil entity.
Hades:"And yet Zeus is a hero...such irony." The god hades complained.
Hades was currently sitting atop his throne inside his castle, overlooking hell itself as well as the River styx.
Hades sat on his throne as very dark and deep eyebags formed on his eyes, as well as bored expression as he yawned deeply.
Hades's pov:
I'm currently going through the list of people who died this day. I have to go through it this day and repeat tomorrow and tomorrow's tomorrow. My eyes are droopy as they felt like falling as I let out another yawn.
Hades:"*Yawn*...gotta keep going." I said to myself as I read the list.
Everytime I blink, the list gets another name written on it, indicating another mortal died again. And most of it are mostly from suicide.
Hades:"Let's see...Jake Mammon...cause of death...suicide by falling...I'm sorry for you're lost, I wished you had lived longer to experience life." I said to the dead man in respect to him.
I don't understand mortals anymore. Their lives are of great value. They are not immortal like us gods, they live for only 100 years, 199 if you're extremely healthy and have good genetics. And yet, they kill themselves without experiencing the goodness of life.
