Chapter 5

"I see you guys are touring, that's exciting," Sterling texted as soon as she saw the news.
"Yeh, we're pretty stoked but really tired, we don't get much time off," he texted back.
"Hey, it's worth it,"
"Yes,yes it is lol" he replied
"🐿💗"
"Love it," he replied back to her.

She had to admit that was the longest chat they had had in some time. He sent pics to her of where he was but to actually talk or text was rare. She loved even the small texts.

"Are you coming to the concert next week?" Han texted one day
"Was going to go with Ryu, but the tickets were sold out," she replied.
"You don't need tickets, I'll send you backstage passes," he said.
"You sure, I don't want them to be put out," she said
"Why would they be put out? Your my friend, their my friends?" Han texted back.
"OK, let me text Ryu. Can she still come?" She asked
"Of course I'll let management know ok"
"OK, she's excited to meet you and the guys," Sterling replied
"See you next week 😘" he texted back.
"Hey, mum, Han invited Ryu and I to meet the guys backstage next week," Sterling said as she danced down the stairs
"That's great news Hun, how is he? Has he been eating well?" Her mum asked, looking up from her paperwork.
"Dunno, but I'll ask him when I see him," she said
"Oh, and remind him he is always welcome here if he needs a break for the fame," her mum laughed as Sterling skipped back upstairs.

The following week came so fast. Sterling picked out the pink flowerly top, black jacket with cute docs, did her hair and make up the best she could and ran down stairs to meet Ryu.
Sterling and Ryu got to the venue at the time Han had said they were met by security, and some of their managers
" You must be Sa-ling and Ryu," the lady said, bowing to them as they showed their backstage passes.
" The guys will be here in 10 mins, have a drink or something to eat," she said before leaving.
The girls could hear the screams from the fans waiting. 'They're here' She thought as she heard voices coming down the hall.
"Excited," Sterling asked Ryu, who looked like she was gonna explode from excitement.
"Just a little," she said, smiling.
Sterling was feeling almost as excited.
" omg Sterling, you look amazing," Han said running into the dressing room and kissing her cheek.
"Guys, this is my best friend, Sa-ling, but you can call her Sterling," he said, laughing.
"Oh, and this is Ryu, her friend," he added.
"This is Felix, Seungmin, Lee Know, I.N, Hyunjin, woojin and..."
"Chan and Changbin," Sterling interrupted
"Ah fans, I see," Chan said, shaking her and Ryus hand.
"Oh, Han sent me 3racha stuff back in the day, and I was hooked," Sterling said as they all sat down.
"Really," Chan said, looking at Han.
"I loved it. It was something entirely different to my taste in music," she added
" you can tell 3racha is behind most of the songs, the beats, the lyrics, the sound" Ryu said as Hyunjin smiled at making her blush.
" we all wrote the songs not just them three" woojin said quite matter of factly
"Yeh we know, hellevator is my favourite so far" Sterling said as she saw Hans face drop a bit.
"You hitting the high notes is something else" Ryu added.
"Thank you.." Han started to say
"we need to be on stage" Woojin interrupted as he stood up and walked out.
The rest of the guys just stared at him but then followed out after he turned and looked at them.
"Hey, mum said your welcome home anytime so don't forget" Sterling said as she hugged Han before he walked out.
"I dont" he said.
"Wow, they are so nice and sooo cute" Ryu said as she flopped on the couch before management led them to a V.I.P area next to the stage,it was amazing seeing them perform live. They had so much energy.  Han kept smiling at her when ever he turned around, plus he'd high five her and Ryu between song changes. an hour and half later the guys said good night and security led the girls backstage.
Woojin was in a hurry to go after the concert that Han didn't get to say goodbye.
"Sorry we rushed off we have to get ready for the American part of the tour, hope you didn't mind" Han texted that night.
"It's OK. I know you guys are super busy, but what's up with Woojin sorry if I step out of line with your friend asking this" Sterling said

"Sorry if that was rude of me" she added

'I think I hurt his feelings' She thought just then her phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Hey it's Chan, can we meet up?"
"Um sure when?" She asked
"How about now" he said giving her a place to meet not far from her place.
'Shit, I got Han in trouble with getting to go back stage' She thought as she walked to the cafe that Chan would meet her at.
As she arrived she saw Chan sitting in a corner booth.
"I'm so sorry if Han got me backstage, I'm sorry I didn't want him to. I'm sorry if I listened to your...." she started to say as Chan put his hand up to stop her.
"It's OK your Hans friend, I'm glad you liked our early stuff. It was on the cloud for everyone to hear. It's Woojin. He came into the room yelling at Han, I saw your text and grabbed his phone before woojin saw it" Chan said as the waiter put the coffee in front of them.
"Woojin was so pissed at Han, he asked management before he asked you, he cleared it with me before he asked you" Chan said sipping his coffee.

"Woojin thinks that friends and family should buy passes and tickets, management aren't strick on that, they know we have lives, we have family before being in the group, it's not like Han wanted to give everyone a free pass, your his friend and have been way before Stray kids" he added.
"He hates it when 3racha get credit for the songs, but we wrote most of them, the guys helped alot but it's us three who are up all night mixing and fixing things" he said.
"Sounds like a Woojin problem to me" Sterling said making Chan chuckle.

"Woojin has the guys scared. felix and hyunjin won't leave I.N alone with him. You can feel the tension when he's around. It might just be he's stressed and just snaps but I'm watching him and his behaviour is starting to concern me" Chan continued.
"Please protect Han, I don't want him or any of the guys to get hurt by him" Sterling said
"Can I ask why does Han call you Sterling, I get squirrel, we call him quokka look them up"chan said laughing.
"Oh, he thinks it rhymes with Sa-ling plus he says I sparkle like silver when I smile, so Sterling Silver lol " she said laughing Chan just shook his head at the funny way Han gave her nickname.
"Don't worry I'll watch his back for you. Thank you for meeting me, and thank you for your support all these years."chan said as he stood up.
