New Years Eve night was amazing, Sterling met some of the other idols that worked for JYP. They all loved her outfit and hair. JYP asked for a dance, and of course, she said yes. the night was perfect. As midnight fast approached, Han grabbed Sterling and pulled her to the window so they could both watch the fireworks over the Han River.

"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.....Happy New Year!!!!" everyone shouted as Han hugged Sterling and planted a big kiss on her cheek.

"happy new year my sterling," he said as he kissed her nose, "Happy New Year, my cheeky squirrel," she said as she kissed his nose.

the party went on till the early hours with Sterling and Han choosing to crash at the dorms instead of trying to get a cab or car home.

"breaking news from JYPE: Han Jisung of stray kids was seen kissing the same girl from a few months ago, is this his girlfriend who hes been trying to keep a secret, some stays say no while others say yes, and they couldnt be happier. an insider for the company has said that they both went back to the dorms after dancing the new yr in. So with their dating ban lifted this yr maybe we will see more of Hans mysterious girlfriend" the tv reporter said as Sterling moaned, she knew she shouldnt have drank that much as now she was dealing with the hangover.

"what was that about you and Han" her mother asked, "oh some reporter keeps taking our pictures and saying we're in a relationship, JYP knows we're not but its hard to prove it when these kind of pics get taken" sterling replied. her mother is just smiling at her answer.

"Stray kids Hyunjin has been placed on Hiatius after former classmates came forward and accused the singer/rapper of bullying back in high school," the reporter added.

"Omg Han, it's not true, is it?" Sterling asked Han
"Yes, it's true, Hyunjin feels horrible about it. He was only a kid, the company is working with him but he's a bit lost and we can't reach out at the moment due to filming Kingdom, we can't tarnish the name." Han replied.
"Can I reach out to him and see how he is?" Sterling asked
"Please and let me know as well, we do care for him," He said.

Hyunjin was sitting in the park under a tree painting when Sterling approached him.
"Hey, how have you been?" She asked, handing him his Iced Americano.
"Been better, just trying to reflect on what iv done," Hyunjin said sadly.
"Look, yes it's sad that you treated those boys badly back when you were younger but that's not you now, your a sweet caring guy who wouldn't hurt anyone" Sterling said as she sat down next to him on the blanket.
"I know, but how can I get them to understand. I love stray kids and don't want to leave, but it looks like I will have to, " He said as tears started to form.
" Have you tried reaching out to them and apologising?" Sterling asked
"You know Ryu said the same thing," Hyunjin chuckled.
"Well, she's right. Acknowledging what you did in the past will help you in the future. You have learned from your errors. You are growing every day," Sterling said as she hugged him.
" wanna come on a hike with Ryu and me, seeing as Hans busy at the moment and I think it might help us both" Hyunjin said as he stood up stretching his legs, Sterling gave him a weird look and before she could say anything
"Your friend has a big mouth and tells me everything," he added, laughing as he picked up his paints and easel.
"Bloody Ryu," Sterling laughed as she helped him pack up.
"Sure, let me know, and I'll come. It might be good to get out of the city for a bit." She added as they walked to his car.
Between hanging out with Hyujin and work Sterling found herself busy, she had gotten a promotion at work and was now the manager for their sister company, which ment a bit more work bit she didn't really care, she loved it.

It was a nice afternoon as her, ryu, and hyunjin hiked through Bukhansan National Park
"It's so peaceful here," hyunjin said as he sat on a rock that overlooked the city.
"Yeh, really cleases to soul," Sterling added as she took a drink from her water bottle.
"Imagine painting that," Ryu said as she snapped pics of the scene.
"Send me the pics, and I will,"Hyunjin said.

Later that day, after Ryu had dropped Sterling home, she found her front door wide open.
As she walked inside she was shocked with what she saw, her house had been trashed, couch ripped her clothes torn all over the place and whore written all over the walls.
Sterling called the police straight away.
"Do you have any enemies?" The officer asked.
"No, none. I'm a nice person so I don't think anyone would do this" she said.
Just then her phone rang.
"Excuse me, hello" Sterling said taking the call.
"Like what we did to your place, leave Han alone or next time we will destroy you" the voice said laughing as it hung up.
The officer saw her look and grabbed the phone dialing the number back only to find it belonged to a payphone.
"You sure you have no enemies" the officer asked again.
"Well, more like angry fans" Sterling said.
Sterling took her phone  back took a few photos before sending them to Han, just then her phone buzzed.
"Wait right there, a cars on its way, don't worry about clothes I'll buy you new ones" it read.
