Edge (Underfell!Papyrus) x reader

(This lovely little chapter was requested by octonuts1234567889. It is currently a little after 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday when I started writing this chapter so please don't mind me if the start sounds like shit because my brain can't yet funtion words & sentences this early in the morning. Anyways, please enjoy the chapter y'all. Because I made this chapter into a kind of fluff & lemon mix up to see if I'm still as terrible at writing as I believe that I am.)

Y/N L/N, or human as most of the monsters like to call her, had been staying in the underground with the skeleton brothers for about three whole years now & has been helping them with all of their daily tasks & helping a few of the monsters out around the undergound. She mainly took all the tasks that Fell was supposed to do but never did that his brother Edge would give her to do instead. In the spare time the three had, which seemed like hardly ever, Edge & Fell had decided to train Y/N to protect herself had anyone decided to turn against her & attack her. Y/N didn't feel like she needed the training cuz she knew the boys wouldn't leave her alone long enough to get hurt. She knew this because within the two years that she had spent with them, they had all gained a strong bond with one another. She never knew why Edge hadn't turned her into the king when she first arrived, but she had remained grateful for him keeping her safe. Over those three years, however, Y/N had began to catch feelings for the tall, broody, jack ass of a skeleton, but she had always kept her feelings secret from him, thinking that he would find it rather odd & that he would reject her on the spot.

As Y/N was out she had decided that she was going to visit Alphys at the lab. Her & Alphys had became good friends after Edge had threatened her enough times to stop watching Y/N through the cameras that she had set up around the underground. Alphys had always tried to give Y/N advice on some things that would trouble her & even would watch anime or read books with her as well. Y/N thought that Alphys was a pretty good friend & thought that she would be able to talk to her about her developing feelings for Edge. Once Y/N had arrived to the lab, she had went to the main area before picking up her phone & calling Alphys' number. It rang for a moment before Alphys had answered, "H-Hello? This is Dr. Alphys speaking."

Y/N smiled at the sound of her friends voice before speaking, "Heya Alphys, it's Y/N! I just wanted to let you know that I'm sitting in the main area of the lab & was hoping to talk to you about something." Alphys didn't even respond before hanging up the phone, a confused Y/N looking at her phone before hearing Alphys mumbling from down the hall, "I'm coming Y/N, just give me one m-moment." Y/N smiled at her friend rambling about as she was walking down the hallway to the main area. Y/N had waited patiently before her friend had made it in front of her, "S-So what was it that you were wanting to talk about Y/N?" Y/N's relaxed smile became a more of an awkward one as she began to speak, "Well you Alphys I was hoping you could possibly give me some advice." Alphys nodded & guided Y/N to a more comfortable spot so that way they vould both sit down as they continued talking.

Y/N's POV:

After sitting down with Alphys, it was almost like I became more nervous as my thoughts began to swarm around in my mind. I was trying to think of a way to bring it up, but out of nowhere my mouth began moving before my brain had a chance to respond, "So I have a crush on Edge!"I quickly covered my mouth as the heat of my embarrasment took over my face while a huge grin took over Alphys' face. I was confused about her expression at first before she had began to speak, "W-well I was wondering how long it would t-take for you to ask for advice about this one." This confused me even further but at the same time it made sense that she would know, considering the cameras that she kept up around the underground & the echo flowers in different parts of the underground as well. "I don't know what to do Alphys! I just really like him & I don't even think I have a good reason as to why I have these random feelings for him quite honestly."
