"Kleiah, He's here" My bestfriend, Seungkwan whispered to me on the next table

"Where?" I asked

"On his table" He replied

I looked over and saw my crush sitting handsomely on his office chair. I just smiled on myself while my bestfriend poked my side belly

"Look at you blushing when you almost break your keyboard while typing because you were mad earlier" Seungkwan teased me

"Hey, Don't tease me" I hit him

"Hey, He's coming! He's coming!" Seungkwan panicked as we both saw my crush, Wonu walk to our way

I pretended to type something while he walks closer. I thought he's gonna walk to my table but he didn't, he turned his way to our other co-worker on my left. It's like he wanted to walk towards me but changed his mind last minute. Lol I'm just creating a whole scene that won't happen in my mind

But yes, I. AM. DISAPPOINTED. So disappointed that I almost hit myself for even thinking he'd talk to me. I really wanna cry right now. This is your fault, Wonu for giving me false hope 😡😡😡😡

I disappointedly continued my work

"You're already going?" Seungkwan asked as I start packing my stuffs and stood up from my seat

"Yeah, My shift is already done" I said and put on my small backpack

"Where are you going?" I asked as I Seungkwan stood up from his seat

"I'm gonna drive you home, Let's go" He said and put on his coat since it's cold

"Kleiah!" Someone called me from behind. I looked over and saw my other co-worker, Hoshi

"Be careful on your way, The Angel criminal is still around" Hoshi warned me

The "Angel Criminal" or "Angel Thief" is an infamous criminal here in the city. We haven't catch him yet and he's been roaming around the city almost everynight. No joke, like 4-5 times a week for 11 months now. We doesn't have any idea on how to look for him. We tried setting a trap, a camera, a fucking whole team to catch him yet he still managed to escape. We don't know how but he always did

"I will take care, Thank you" I said

"Bye" Hoshi said and waved at me

"Bye, Hoshi. Bye, Wonu" I said. I also greeted everyone on the office so, I wouldn't be suspicious

As soon as I step foot outside, Seungkwan immediately teased me for greeting Wonu

"You haven't catch the thief yet?" I asked while putting the seatbelt on

"No, and I bet he'd steal again later and tomorrow or either" Seungkwan replied and started driving to my house

I don't live that far but Seungkwan always offer me to drive home since he has a car and we're aware how dangerous it is to walk alone

"Do you wanna have a drink before you go back?" I offered

"No, thanks. My shift is about to end in 2 hours anyways" He said

"Ehem!" I cough fakely

"Fine, I'll give Wonu your coffee" He rolled his eyes

I smiled and we entered my apartment together. I brewed coffee on my coffee machine

"How's your shop?" Seungkwan asked while sipping the coffee I just finished making

"Just fine, still one of the most popular café" I said

"Why are you even wasting your time working in our station when you're already stable for the rest of your life?" He asked

"Well, You know what the reason is" I laughed
