Family When his parents dies and he lives alone he does some activities that he used to do with his parents as a kid. His mom loved baking and he would help her as a kid. His father would work out in the garage and jack sometimes would join him with exercising. For as Peter and Dee he would keep their stuff and use it as comfort.
Also jack does have family but they live in different states. And they weren't really close so they didn't have much contact with each other. Basically John F Kennedy is part of his family too but they didn't have contact with each other. (Not really I just thought it was cool to do)
Also jack and Dave have a wedding together and they also wanna celebrate it, jack tries to ask his family but they do not approve and they never contacted back
