This is a story of a school boy, whose mother is very sick. So one night, a monster made of wood and plants, comes to visit Connor O'Malley, the protagonist, where the monster tells Connor that he has three stories to tell him, that happened in reality. While Connor has to solve his own issues at school with some kids of his class.

I think this story is one of a kind, brilliant, nice and very inspiring. It is simple, but conveys a powerful story and message. The story, plot and characters are very well made and developed. I would highlight all the aspects of the novel, since it is nice to read, in general. I definitely recommend it to all people and readers for its content, style and message, since it is real nice and enjoyable to read and know about.
