The protagonists and married couple of the first movie, decide to sell their house. But they could get into much trouble if future buyers found out that next to their home, there is a sorority.

I think the film is very comical, hilarious, and funny to watch. The plot, script and characters are very nice and well.written. I would highlight all the aspects of the production. I definitely recommend it to all people, viewers and audiences, because it is entertaining and enjoyable, so definitely worth it.
