Y/n's eyes widened at the news since she didn't expect it. 'Changbin from stray Kids is going on a hiatus due to health reasons' The news anchor said 'Aw that is so sad you know they recently have done a show a couple of days ago and they were good but some fans are concerned.' Spoke the other. "NOOOO" Mel yelled out "My bias is out for now and who knows why" she cried out exaggerating things but didn't mind since all she wanted for him as a fan is to stay happy and healthy Tae cuddled up to y/n and started to play with her hair letting him "I am sure he has his reasons Mel, health is more important than anything" she told him but couldn't stop the sinking feeling that she had when hearing the news. She then went on her phone and unmuted Changbin's number and saw the text messages that she got from him, they ranged from birthday messages and audios to random messages and pictures. One of them was a picture of him and Felix with the text "I found my best friend but of course you'll always be my number one"

Y/n couldn't help but tear up and of course her boyfriend noticed. "hey sweetie are you ok? and don't tell me that you are because I know you well to the point where to know when you are lying". He told her and all she did was shook her head answering his question. The thing is, Tae always knew Changbin, they weren't friends but were aquaintences. He met him at auditions for one of the big three. Of course that is a secret that YN doesn't know. Her boyfriend is the V from a famous kpop boy group but the reason why she doesn't know that it's him is because he wears a mask. One of the main reasons being, he gets to have privacy like for example in dating, going on vacation and it steers away the paparazzi. Y/N stood up and wiped her tears "I am going out for a quick walk if you guys are hungry you are more than welcome to order some takeout or cook something." she told them and walked out. Once she got to the nearest park, she sat on the swing and spam called changbin. She hoped that he didn't change his number.

After a few calls. He didn't answer "why did we become distant?" she whispered and looked at her wallpaper which is now the picture of Felix and Changbin. Since she didn't get a call back from him she decided to go back to her home and once she did, she got inside and wanted to sulk again and was questioning her relationship with Tae since she can't stop thinking about Binnie though her boyfriend is a good guy. Just then, she saw her parents in her home talking to her friends and boyfriend "mom, dad what are you doing here? I thought you weren't coming back for another couple months?" she said surprised and annoyed since she didn't like the fact that her parents try to involve themselves in things that she prefers to keep private. "Why didn't you tell me you have a cute boyfriend and what happened to Changbin? I thought you two were set to date and get married"

Her mother spoke ignoring her question and pinched Tae's cheek. Y/n scoffed and pulled him aside. "He and I are no longer on talking terms and mother please shut up for once and get out" "hey Y/n there's no reason for you to talk to your mom like that". Tae told her and gently cupped her cheeks and kissed her forehead hoping that would calm her down but it didn't. That only got her more angry and she pushed him away "Why did you let them in! This isn't your house for you to let random people in" "But they aren't some random-". Mel butted in and was mad at y/n " Hey! I know you may not like your parents but give them a chance they are here to talk to you and just to give you a warning, we may be best friends but you have no reason to disrespect nor behave like that to my cousin family comes first for me". Y/N just rolled her eyes and walked out to wander off. Tae went after her but her mother stopped her "I am sorry I should've said something before coming in. I apologize on her behalf, and Tae, I know you will take great care of her so please do. you're a great guy and don't hurt her" she spoke grabbing her bags.
