under the stars she sat there looking at me longingly with those beautiful eyes of hers it was perfect "I love you" her sweet calm voice said I was frozen at the moment I wanted it to last forever as I leaned in I heard a voice in the distance "Waverly" I ignored it
"Waverly" the voice grew louder I didn't want this voice to ruin our moment
"WAVES" and that's when I opened my eyes to find my sister staring at me
"WHAT THE HELL WYNONNA"
"Sorry baby girl it's just haughty is out front to give us a ride"
I wasn't ready to talk to her yet we haven't spoken since that night "I'll be down in a few minutes"
"We're not gonna wait forever Waves"
it takes me about 10 minutes to put my hair in a messy ponytail and put on my usual shortys getup when I was about to go downstairs I scribbled some words on a piece of paper and then made my way downstairs that's when I saw her "Nicole" I said in a whisper
"hi," Nicole said like it was the first time we'd met it feels like a such curse
"hey" I went over to her and hugged her as tightly as I could she hugged back just as much and that's when I slipped her the note
"I missed you Waves," that sweet voice of hers said as she said it by accident that's when she felt the note
"When did you guys fall in love," Wynonna said sarcastically
