There were more dangers than anticipated. Kamado Tanjiro watched the small Demon Slayer in his palm quiver at the screams from the other Slayers echo as he ran. Poor Zinetsu was terrified, and he honestly couldn't blame him.
"We are almost there, Zinetsu. Don't worry." He spoke, his voice calm and reassuring witj a hint of fear for the smallers safety. The smaller couldn't speak as he whimpered, only nodding. He felt his heart sink at his shrunken lover.
Deciding what was best for his safety, Tanjiro stopped. He couldn't believe that he was about to do this to his lover again, but it was the only option to protect him." Hey, Zinetsu. I'm going to use that technique like last time to protect you, alright?" Zinetsu only nodded, getting picked up by the back of his Hoari by Tanjiro's massive fingers.
Tanjiro opened his maw, and gently placed Zinetsu inside, closing his mouth with a soft click. As gently as he could, he softly swallowed Zinetsu. He traced the lump from his throat, past his collarbone and to his stomach. He rubbed his middle with care." You are safe now, love." He spoke, feeling his lover relax inside. He couldn't help but smile, before continuing to head back to his home.
