°~Chapter 9: A Parting Gift~°

Y/N's POV:

Once I heard those words I immediately sprung out of bed and fixed my hair as I made my way towards the door.

I fix my shorts and T shirt then open it, Acting like my usual self.

"I'm aware that I can be cold and careless,

but wow...

He makes me care about little things like this."

I open the door and greeted him.

"Ah Leon, What brings you here?" I ask as casually as I can.

Leon looked around and he looked quite upset for some reason.

"So it is true then.. You're actually going to drop out of the Academy?"

I took a deep breath before I answered him.

"Yes it is true, I got accepted to a prestige forensics college and I decided I wanted to pursue that more."

Leon now looked a bit shocked, his eyes widened a bit and he smiled warmly at me.

"Oh shit, Congratulations Y/N!" He said happily.

I laugh nervously and looked at him.

"Thank you.. Would you like to come inside? It's quite ignorant of me for not asking you earlier." I said as I motioned him to get inside.

He gets inside and I close the door behind him.

He looks around and I walk past him and sat on my bed, as soon as I did this he sat on my bed too.

"So.. This is your last day here huh?" He asks, looking a bit upset.

I nod silently.

"His face and his voice..

The way he says it..

Why is it affecting me?"

I thought to myself as I kept the same cold look on my face.

Leon's POV:

"Forgive me Y/N.

For I can't help but express my sadness and disappointment to you leaving.

I know I do not have the right to say anything

But..

I just want you to stay.

I know we haven't known eachother for that long

And just.."

My thoughts were cut off by Y/N's voice.

"Is that why you visited me?"

Her voice was so sweet, and so addicting.
