Marshmallow Manipulation is an EMMITER-TYPE quirk which allows the user to produce and manipulate a substance similar to melted marshmallows.
This substance, let's call it Mallow, can only be generated from the palms of the user's hands.
It is very versatile, as it has a decently tough but still soft composition which allows it to be used in many different situations and ways.
For example, it can be used as a shield. Making a thick wall of mallow to shield someone from falling debris might not leave them completely unharmed but it will definitely lessen the amount of injuries they'll get.
Secondly, it can be used as a capture weapon. Depending on how much and which candies the user eats ⁽¹⁾ the stickiness property of Mallow can be increased or decreased. If the stickiness of the Mallow is high, then it can be used to trap opponents.
An ultimate move idea that arises from this would be making a long rope of Mallow and using it as capture tape. ("Ultimate Move: Candy Whip!")
Thirdly, if one was to take inspiration from Spider-Man, it could also be used for transportation. By making thin but highly dense and sticky strings of Mallow, the user could easily impersonate Spider-Man and get away with it.
And last but not least: platforms. By changing the properties of Mallow to make it more elastic and then creating a thin sheet of it the user could, in theory, create a trampoline. These trampolines can be used as a technique when fighting mid-air or just for fun.
⁽¹⁾ Mallow is a Quirk closely tied to candy and sweets, so I imagine the user also needs to use them as fuel or a power-up. As I said before, the properties of Mallow can change based on the candies you eat. Caramel will make it sticky, gummies will make it more elastic, taffy will make it stretchy etc.

I don't have any concrete images or designs, but it should definitely include candy/dessert accessories and themes. Support items could include smoke bombs that look like cupcakes and a candy dispenser.
