ー not all quirks have hero names and costumes. most of the more recent ones also have hero titles, but- again- not all of them do

Wish is an EMMITER-TYPE quirk which allows the user to spawn anything they would like by verbally wishing for it. (Saying "I wish for/that...")
As long as their energy isn't completely depleted and their concentration isn't broken, the item that the user wished for will be there indefinitely. However, keeping items in the real world takes energy.
The more wishes the user makes, the more they lose their voice. The bigger, more complicated that a wish is, the more voice the user will lose.
When wishing for things, the user has a size limit of 3x3x3 meters. This size limit can be increased through extensive quirk usage and training.
When it comes to wishing for people, the user is only able to spawn clones that are half as strong as the person is originally under the condition that they have met them before.
For example, if the user were to wish for a clone of Bakugou at the start of the school year, he would only be able to throw the softball 350 meters as opposed to the actual 705 meters we see him throw in the anime.
