A sad and hopeful Rimuru: for many reasons but the one that stucked out to me the most was the future of all races having to enlist children as soldiers would've taken lovers, relatives, friends, family, fathers, brothers, sisters and even future friends a war that would just spark more conflict if it didn't end when it did and we all decided if another conflict would happen big enough to start a war and then we would have a peace treaty to end all conflict between our races
