Kadrell was disappointed when he found out they were bringing him to a penitentiary instead of county jail which also meant he wouldn't be able to see Tuka unless he also did some fucked up shit.
He was a bit happier there than in county jail because the facilities were much better, not good but better.
The same day he got arrested and called Nyela, he made a promise to her that he'd be on his best behaviour while incarcerated. And so far, he has kept that promise.
