Chapter 3

“You guys are so freacking dead!” I yelled at them chasing them around India’s car.

They both giggled and moved the opposite direction I was headed in.

“Maybe if you just stop trying to chase us, I can explain why I did what I did.” India said in-between laughs.

I stopped chasing them and folded my arms across my chest. “Well hurry now, we don’t have all day.”

Both Shaunae and India gave me second looks before they stopped walking and stayed at the front of the car while I was standing at the back.

“Okay, don’t get mad but I just really wanted to test Cayden’s limits. I wanted to see if he truly did have feelings for you and by that little outburst, I can positively say he does. You should have seen his face when Joshua walked up you. Cayden had the look of a murder.”

Shaunae laughed and patted India’s back.

“Why are you guys laughing? It really wasn’t that funny.” I defended myself.

“No its really not that funny, but I never seen Cayden get so possessive over someone like he did you not to long ago.” India said.

For some odd reason, I felt like there was more to her words than what she had said.

“Is there something you’re not telling me? Because if there is, I would love to know you know. I don’t see how you find a male beating on another male funny.”

The two girls were just laughing there asses off. They were tempting my emotions and soon enough I found myself looking towards the floor and picking up some sand, without hesitation I threw it straight at the two hysterical girls.

The both stopped laughing and stood where they were looking like I have thrown something worse than sand on them. Now it was my turn to laugh out loud. I held my stomach and began laughing my butt off.

“Oh my gosh, you should see your faces, its priceless!” I said in-between laughs.

I looked at Shaunae and she was looking at me skeptically and India was looking at me like she was going to something to me.

“That’s not funny Kimberly; you have gotten sand in my mouth!” India cried spitting sand out.

 “Yea Kimberly, it’s all in my eyes now.” Shaunae whined.

“Oh come on, man up you two. It’s just sand.” I said while calming down. I looked around and noticed Joshua wasn’t nowhere in sight.
