Skate club...what?!

Unknown POV:
One of my friends came up to me after I ran into that new girl
"Dude,you actually got her to talk!?" He said in a confused tone.
"Who?" I said returning the confusion.
"That new girl,she hasn't talked to anyone today,seriously she hasn't even spoken to the teachers!" He said.
"Really?" I said in a questioning tone. He replied with a simple nod. I chuckled "Well I feel special."
He looked at me "I bet she won't talk to you if you tried to start a conversation with her!"
"I doubt that." I said walking away.

                  Avery's POV:
As I walked thought the hall I noticed the posters for the school clubs. I saw "Sports club,math club,dance club,book club,skate club...the usual..wait did that say SKATE CLUB?!?!" I saw the poster for the manga club and got so excited. "Finally I get to look forward to something in this hell hole" I said as a guy who walked past me and chuckled.
I glared at him "What's so funny?!"
He looked at me and smirked at me. "You forgot who I am that quickly?" He said with a fake pout.
"Wait,aren't you the idiot who walked into me?" I said boldly.
He chuckled. "Well aren't you just a little ball of hate."
"Shut up" I glared
"Nope,you're fun to mess with"He said as he patted my head."You're pretty short" He laughed.
"I'm not short I'm just vertically challenged.." I said crossing my arms
"You're like 4'6" he laughed
"I'm 4'9  for your information and besides I'm only 15."I stated
"You're pretty short for a 15 year old,I'm 15 too ya know"  he  looked down at me .
"You're pretty tall for a 15 year old!" I said looking up at him.
He chucked "So what's your name"
"It's Avery, Avery Collins" I glared
"Collins?? That's the last name of the new family that moved next to my house" He smiled
"Ok,ok so now we know we're gonna be living next to me,now can you tell me your name?"
"Oh yeah sorry, it's Alec Milano." He smiled.
"I would say it's nice to meet you but, you interrupted my fangirling." I glared at him. I turned back to the poster and started to jump up and down.
"Calm down, I can get you in if you want." He smiled.I grinned in reply. He chuckled "I guess that's a yes."
"Thank you thank you thank you!!!" I smiled

      Alec's P.O.V
' She's pretty cute' I thought to myself. 
"Do you like shredding?" She asked.
" I Love it!" I smiled. She grinned.
"I have to get to class I'll see you around though." She smiled. She was about to walk away but I grabbed her hand to stop her.
"Wait!" I realized what I was doing and scratched the back of my neck. " Can I see your class schedule?"
She blushed slightly. "Sure" she handed it to me. 'We have all the same classes' I thought.
"Hey, guess what?" I smirked at her.
"what?!" She exclaimed sarcastically.
"You get to share all your classes with this awesomeness!" I said pointing to myself.
"Great..." She rolled her eyes.
I chuckled as the bell rang.
Her eyes widened."I'm gonna be late for class!" She frantically looked around.
'She looks adorable' I thought as I took her hand and led her to class. She blushed but followed me. I let go of her hand and watched as she started to walk to the back of the class.

Avery's P.O.V
As I was walking to the back of the class I saw someone's foot jerk out and all I remember was falling to the ground.
'Someone tripped me' I'm not surprised though I knew it would happen sooner or later but something happened that I never thought would happen. Alec glared at the guy who tripped me. "Asshole" He spat.
'He stood up for me'  he reached his hand toward me and helped me up.
"Are you ok?" He asked me with a worried face.
"I'm much better because you." I smiled at him. He blushed slightly and it was quite adorable. After that we didn't really talk much for the rest of class just a few glances at each other. The lunch bell rang and everyone got up.
"Hey,Ave do you want to eat lunch with me and my friends?" He said smiling.
"Sure!" I exclaimed.
"Let's go then!" He cheered.I followed him outside. I saw five guys sitting around a tree.
"Alec it's not nice to kidnap girls and force them to eat lunch with us!" One of them said smirking.
"I didn't kidnap her!!She agreed to sit with us!" He retorted. I giggled, as one of them looked at me like I was crazy.
"Are you sure you're not bonkers?!" He said as he got up and felt my forehead. "Do I have to take you to the nurse?!"
I laughed. "No you don't need to take me to the nurse,and I'm not entirely sure that I'm not bonkers but I'll get back to you when I find out." They all laughed. "So are we gonna go on about your theroy about me being bonkers or are you gonna tell me your names?" I smirked.
Alec smile and pointed to each of them and said their names. "That's TJ, that's Andrew, Chris,Mikey and that's Damon" They all chimed in and said
" Hey!"
I smiled. "Hey guys I'm Avery but you guys can call me Ave!"
"So tell us about yourself Ave." Mikey smiled.
"Well I'm 15,I love music,anime is love anime is life,manga and comics are the reason I'm broke most of the time,HotTopic is my favorite store, Warped tour is my natural habitat, Skating is why I'm injured most of the time,YouTube is the reason my laptop is always dead, Tumblr is the reason I look like this, Sleep is for the weak and that's about it..."
Their eyes widened and they all burst out laughing.
"She's a keeper!" Damon laughed.
"She wants to join the skating club!" Alec smiled.
"Yay! Finally! A girl in the club you guys can get annoying sometimes!" Chris sighed. I giggled.
"We all live on the same street" Alec said looking at the guys."Ave's the one who moved into the house next to mine" he smiled.
"Since you live on the same street as us do you want to walk home with us?" Andrew said smiling.
"Well I skate home so I guess I can hold my board as we walk?"I said and they all looked shocked. "What?"
"We all skate home!So you can skate with us!"Chris chimed.
The bell rung and we all got up.
"We all have history together"Andrew smirked.We all walked to history and the rest of the day flew by in a flash. We all parted ways to go to our lockers and got our boards. We walked out of school and they started to the stair set and I gave them a confused look.
They all looked at me and said "What?"
I just giggled and screamed "What are you guys waiting for?!!" I jumped on my board and aired the stair set and the curb. All the boys looked at me in shock. "What can I say? I'm a skatergirl!" I smirked.
They all grinned."GNARLY" they all said in unison as they all aired the stair set and shredding down the street.
'This school year might not be too bad after all'
