In the Hermes cabin, in her room, Anastasia who was now sixteen was asleep tossing and turning before gasping. She was standing there and looking around before her dreamscape shifted to a golden castle.
Suddenly standing there was a tall, buff man who radiated power with blonde hair and bright piercing blue eyes. Anastasia didn't need an introduction as she looked at the man and spoke "father."
Phanes looked at his daughter "hello little princess." Anastasia looked at her father stunned not believing that he was there. She wondered about Zeus considering she knew that gods weren't allowed to visit their kids. Her father apparently heard her "don't worry my beloved daughter, that slut excuse for a god can't do anything. I'm a primordial and therefore didn't take the oath."
Anastasia smiled at her father before saying "if you're sure."
"I'm sure," Phanes spoke smiling at his daughter. "By the way this dreamscape is private and no one can find us here."
"Can the other gods do this as well," Anastasia spoke already thinking something up to help her friends. Especially Luke as she knew that he wasn't feeling so hot about the gods. "Can they meet with their kids?"
"I think so," Phanes spoke. "If you help them. If they meet in a dreamscape then they can meet without being annoyed and found by the drama queen that masquerades as a god. All they need to do is think about a place where they feel comfortable, hell it could be their palace and then think about meeting their kid."
Anastasia didn't think at that point and just hugged her father who was startled but hugged her back as Ana spoke "thank you."
"For what?" Phanes spoke as he tightened his grip on her.
Ana pulled back "for helping me get to camp, for leaving the sword, for the dagger, and for giving me a way to help my friends."
Phanes nodded and said "you're my daughter and I love you. I'll always do my best to help you." Anastasia smiled at that before Phanes spoke again "Listen I came to tell you about a prophecy for you. It states that Phanes's demi primordial daughter will be the Sun God's soulmate."
"What?' Anastasia spoke confused. "How am I supposed to be the soulmate to Apollo."
Phanes shook his head "I don't know little princess. All I know is that Apollo is probably one of the better gods that you could be soul-mated to. When Apollo loves he loves hard, he will do absolutely anything to protect you."
Anastasia nodded "well, that's one thing we have in common."
Phanes chuckled "yes, one thing that I can tell you to make you feel more comfortable is that if Apollo was your shield between life and death then you would be immortal. He won't let you get hurt or killed."
"I know," Anastasia spoke to her father. "I've read the stories about Apollo."
"Apollo is one of the only gods I like and trust along with Poseidon, Hermes, and Hades." Phanes spoke to Ana trying to reassure her. "He's not had the best luck with love so I'm doing what I can to help him."
"As long as he doesn't hurt me and doesn't try to smother me," Anastasia started. "Or doesn't try to rush me then we'll get along fine."
Phanes chuckled "I know you will. I have to go but I promise you if you ask for help I will give it no matter what. If you want to talk to me in the dreamscape all you have to do is think about me in the dreamscape and I'll show up."
Anastasia nodded before hugging her father again "thank you for everything and I love you, father."
"I love you too little princess," with that Phanes and the dreamscape disappeared as Anastasia woke up in her bed. She felt overwhelmed with all the information that her father had told her but also reassured because she now knew that her father would help her and she had a god that would do anything for her even though they'd never met which was surprisingly calming.
She slowly went back to sleep and thought of the dreamscape she just saw and called for Hermes in her mind. Soon enough a tall, dirty blonde god appeared. She barely gave him time to process before saying "my name is Anastasia Griffin and I'm the daughter to Phanes. I brought you here to tell you that you can communicate with Luke."
Hermes looked pained because he knew of Luke's prophecy that had already started shifting "how?"
"In your dreamscape," Ana spoke. "Zeus can't find you in your dreamscape. Just think of your son and he'll show up."
Hermes nodded "thank you."
Hermes disappeared and this time another person showed up. This one was not an Olympian but still a goddess with unparalleled power. Her brown hair and brown eyes pierced holes into Ana's. Ana knew who she was looking at with out having to look very hard. "Amphitrite."
The Sea goddess nodded "I couldn't wait to see you." Amphitrite smiled at Ana "I have been watching you for a while trying to see if you fit."
"Fit what?" Ana spoke confused.
"If you fit being my champion," Amphitrite spoke.
"You want me to be your champion?" Ana spoke and her voice betrayed her surprise.
Amphitrite nodded "yes, if you are willing to."
Ana was silent for a minute before saying "I would love to."
Amphitrite nodded before raising her hand and a blue glow emitted from her and surrounded Ana. Ana suddenly felt the power of the sea coursing through her. She smiled at Amphitrite who spoke, "like your father, I am not bound by the oath so whenever you need me just pray to me and I will do my best to help."
"Thank you, my lady," Ana spoke before both of them disappeared.
Ana woke up the next morning and smiled when she remembered what happened last night. She slowly walked into the common area and was immediately hugged by her best friend, seventeen-year-old Luke Castellan. "Thank you," he whispered as he buried his face in her neck.
She chuckled "I take it you spoke to your father."
Luke nodded and looked at Ana "Kronos has been in my dreams for years trying to prey on the fact that I wasn't a huge fan of my father." Ana's eyes widened "I finally feel seen and loved by my father. Thank you."
Ana nodded before pulling Luke into her empty room. "I need to tell you something." Luke looked at her confused before Ana used her abilities to force the door closed. "I saw my father in the dreamscape last night that's how I knew how to let Hermes talk to you. My father told me."
Luke looked stunned "holy Hades, Phanes isn't bound by the oath so he can help and talk to you whenever."
Ana nodded "he told me that my soulmate is a god." Luke made a face but let her continue. "Apollo."
Luke groaned and face palmed "ok, note to self don't hug you too much or do CPR because he can see me and I don't want to die." Ana burst out laughing at that. Luke then looked up at the sky "Apollo, I'm gay." Ana laughed even more.
Ana stopped laughing and then said, "Amphitrite made me her champion." Luke's eyes widened and he fainted.
Ana slapped him and Luke jolted up "Amphitrite as in the Queen of the Sea made you her champion. Oh great, so you have three gods that are willing to do anything to protect you and two of them aren't bound by Zeus's oath. I pity anybody who makes you mad or tries to kill you."
