HEARING the sound of her alarm ringing into ears, she opened her eyes slowly. she gripped her phone, aggressively turning off her alarm.
"ughhhh! i don't want to go to school." she whined to herself out loud. popping up out of bed and walking towards her bathroom.
she turned her shower water on, scoffing as she had to go through another boring day of school. on the bright side she got to see her friends, which was the highlight of her day.

fixing her skirt in the mirror, she twirled around to try and boost her mood.
she adjusted her bangs, giving herself a small smile. she felt pretty on this day. maybe it was the fact that it was december first! her favorite month.
it could be because she liked the weather, or maybe because she liked the song "winter wonderland" by beabadoobee. in general she loved the season, because to her it was the best time of the year.
she looked at the umbrella that the male had given her the day before, quickly walking to it and hold it in her hands.
grabbing her bookbag, she tucked the umbrella in the pocket, making sure it was secure.
she walked over to her closet, putting on her coat, then she grabbed her phone and bookbag, walking out her room.
she grabbed her keys to her house, walking out. she put her headphones over her ears while she began to turn on her playlist.
as the bus pulled up, she got up off the of the bench and got on to the bus, greeting the bus driver and walking to her usual seat.
she looked out the window, seeing the frost on the window and bring up her finger and doodling on the window.

she got off the bus, walking into the warm school building and immediately walking straight to her locker.
she opened her locker, taking off her coat and hanging it on the hook in her locker, she closed the locker door and was surprised with hugs by her three best friends.
she smiled, laying her head on chaeyoung's shoulder.
"hi eunbi!" they all said, letting go of the hug.
"hi guys." she let out tiredly. she watched as her friends eyes softened and they all immediately reached to rub her head.
"what's wrong?" yujin asked.
"nothing, i'm just tired."
soojin's eyes shifted to the umbrella in the side pocket of her bookbag, pulling it out.
"this is actually beautiful." she said, holding the umbrella.
"be careful, i need to return it to him." eunbi warned her.
the bell rang and the girls quickly said goodbye, eunbi received the umbrella back and began walking to her first class of the day.
taking her seat, she rested her head down onto her arms, trying to take up any time she has to get any extra sleep.
suddenly, she felt a tap on her shoulder, slowly lifting her head up she turned around to see the male from the day before.
her eyes widened, immediately fixing her posture. "hello?"
"did you bring back my umbrella?" he asked her.
she nodded, quickly grabbing his umbrella and handing it to him.
"the umbrella is beautiful by the way." she complimented.
he nodded slowly, turning around and walking back to his desk.
'how have i never noticed him in this class' she thought to herself.
she shrugged it off, laying her head back down again.
the teacher came into the classroom, shutting the door behind him.
"okay class, let's start! grab your textbooks." he spoke.
she scoffed in annoyance, picking her head up off her desk and reaching into her bag.

so sorry for the short chapter. today was actually crazy.
my friend wasn't feeling good so i took her to the nurse and i think she got me sick so i haven't felt good but i want to stay updated for this story so i'm still working on it
also le sserafim's comeback actually had me sobbing it's so good, my favorite song is definitely Fire in the belly
