getting up from her desk she moved towards the breakroom wondering what the fuck could have possibly happened. did he paint wesker's office? tear up his papers? put a bomb in his drawer?
whatever it was had to be pretty bad, considering she'd only seen chris cry twice ever. once while talking about his parents, the other after watching a horror movie. though it doesn't bother her when he cries. she's his best friend so it wouldn't hurt to see him shed a couple every now and then.
she finally made it took the breakroom opening the door finding chris with his head down staring into his now empty coffee cup. "chris?" he just continued staring into the white styrofoam. "chris" she called out once more. he forced his eyes away from the trash looking up at jill. luckily for him, the breakroom had no windows, as soon as he looked up he began bawling. jill felt her heart shatter as she watched her best friend cry.
walking closer she grabbed chris, pulling him into a bear hug. he buried his head into her shoulder crying harder. "what happened?" between broken cries chris replied, "I'M" "you're?" "JILL I'M PREGNANT" jill paused for a second before pulling away staring at chris with a blank expression.
