This book was written to be a short ending to Where Hands Touch on Netflix.
I did not like Lutz being killed off, and instead, made him alive and his father killed off for attempted murder.
Kerstin seemed to be a problematic character from the beginning, she was very secretive about Koen's lineage. She only let us know one thing: he was a German soldier that died in war. I bended that a little by making his father Adolf Hitler, who would later commit suicide for his actions.
Marisol is Leyna and Lutz' daughter, she is a biracial baby with curly brown hair and blue eyes. She'll eventually speak three languages: German, English, and French.
Margot is Marisol's little sister. I'd imagine her to be similar to Marisol. The two girls would be two years apart.
Ben is Leyna's father. He was never mentioned except once subtly in the movie, so I made him up.
