When lunch came, I went to go sit with my friends and Ace followed sitting right next to me leaving my friends speechless. Then as I look over to him a smirk forms on his lips as he leans in and kisses me. Their mouths were wide open in shock causing him to laugh. I quickly texted their phones in our group chat. "I tell you guys about it later" "What just happened" "yeah what was that Nora" Ace took my phone and typed "It was a kiss. Am I not allowed to kiss my girlfriend?" "Get out of the chat Ace" I quickly took my phone giving him a look. "I will explain later okay." We put our phones down as they ate lunch. I wasn't hungry since I ate breakfast, so I just read my book. Ace was about to say something until we were interrupted by Elias sitting in between Ace and I causing Ace to give him a look. I then realized Ace didn't tell Elias either so then I walked to the side Ace was on and kissed him leaving Elias shocked. Ace gave me a look and I smiled and shrugged my shoulders and whispered, "two can play this game Acey." I got up and walked to where I was sitting and sat back down. Elias was still shocked with his mouth still open. Ace looks at him and says, "are you just gonna sit there with your mouth open?" The bell rings signaling it's time to go to the next class. Ace grabs my hand as we walk to our next class. At the end of the class, I went to talk to my friends to set up a time to call. Ace was waiting for me by the door. I quickly hugged them and went to Ace who then put his arm around my shoulder. When I got home, I opened my window to let the air in and called my friends on facetime. I told them everything and they now understand everything. As I was still talking to my friends about the situation, I saw Ace come through my window "I hear you talking about me princess" my friends gasp as they hear his voice. He plops down onto the bed laying right next to me in frame, so my friends saw him. He waved at them then went onto his phone to call Elias so we both could explain it to him. "So, is this going to be a normal thing now? You coming through my window with no invitation." "Your window being open is basically an invitation" I roll my eyes and we both tell them all everything. Then I heard the house door open "shoot, your mom is home." "Yeah, so?" "We have dinner planned to tell her about us being a couple." "Oh yeah, I forgot. Well then go through the window and let me know when's a good time to come over" "Okay princess" I ran to go see my mom who I haven't seen for a week "Hey momma!" "Hey sweetheart!" "Jessica invited us over for dinner today. We all have a surprise for you." "Really, I can't wait! I'm going to take a quick shower real quick ok let me know when we have to leave." "Okay" I quickly ran upstairs to my room and saw Ace just laying on my bed. "She said that dinner will be ready at six." "Okay, give me a second" I ran to my mom's room and knocked on the door. "Jessica said that dinner will be ready at six." "Ok, what time is it now?" "It's five" "Ok that gives me enough time to get ready." I then walked into my room but Ace wasn't there, I then received a notification "relax princess my mom was calling me, so I had to go back to my house for a second" "How do you even know if I noticed you were gone?" "Turn around princess" I turned around and Ace waved at me with a smile on his face. 30 minutes later I heard a knock on my door so "You can come in mom" "Are you ready to go Nora?" "Yeah, let's go" When we got to their house, we knocked on the door and Ace answered, "Hey Elena and Nora!" "Hey Ace!" my mom said giving him a hug "I like your hoodie Nora" Ace said with a smile. I rolled my eyes at him and smiled as we walked into the house. "Elena! How was your trip to New York? It was tiring" "I bet." As they continued their conversation Ace took my hand and brought me to the living room and turned on the tv and played a romance movie. He put his arm around me as I cuddled up against him. My mom came into the living room and took a picture. "You guys must really be best friends, since you both love to take pictures." "Well, it's been a while since you guys have been this close, and I may never see it again, so I have to take in the moment while it lasts." "Dinners ready!" We all headed our way to the dining room, when we all got there, Ace and I stood standing "Mom there's something we have to tell you. Ace and I are dating." "Oh my gosh!" "That's what I said" Jessica said laughing "Wait you guys are actually dating?" "Yeah, we are." "I literally have pictures to prove it" Jessica said as she held out her phone. "Oh my gosh, they really are dating. I'm so happy for you guys!" Ace looked at me with a smile "yeah, me too!" He stared at me, not losing eye contact once.  When dinner was finished Ace and I went upstairs while our moms chatted. "Nora?" I looked up into his eyes, he looked nervous. He was never nervous around me or anyone for that matter. "Yes, Ace?" he ran his fingers threw his hair "You know how I have a game tomorrow?" "Yeah... " "I was wondering if you can come and wear my jersey?" "Ace I was planning on coming, I am your fake girlfriend. What type of girlfriend do you think I would be if I missed my boyfriend's game? And of course, I'll wear your jersey!" Ace looked a little disappointed and smiled, but it wasn't his normal smile, it looked fake. "Ace... What's wrong?" He shook his head "nothing princess I'm glad you'll be at my game." I gave him a look telling him I didn't believe him. "So, are you going to give me a good luck kiss tomorrow before the game?" he said with a grin plastered on his face "no, I don't think you'll need the luck, considering you're the best player." Ace looked up at me pouting with sad puppy eyes. "If you don't give me a good luck kiss tomorrow, I will purposely lose the game and blame it on you." He looked at me with a serious face crossing his arms "I guess the whole school will-" "Fine, you jerk!" He laughed and pulled me into a hug with his head leaning on top of mine. His body felt so warm against mine, I could easily fall asleep. I woke up to a flash "Shoot! Jessica the flash" I jumped up and Ace was still knocked out. "Nora I'm going to head home now, you coming?" As I got up, I felt Ace pull me back down onto him "Nooooo" he whined as he held me closer to him "Ace I have to go" He started whining like a baby and gripped onto me harder, making our moms laugh "Nora, you can stay with him, just make sure you get to school on time tomorrow." "Ok mom I will. Good night I love you!" "Good night baby, I love you too!" When our moms left the room, I turned over to Ace "Ace our moms were right there!" "so" he said in a tired voice. "You don't ever get embarrassed, do you" "Nope! But I like to embarrass you, it's so fun." He pulled me back onto his chest and I fell asleep to the peaceful rhythm of his heartbeat.
