A girl of broken glass, shattered and bare
Her fragile heart in pieces, beyond repair
Her dreams lay broken, like shards of glass
Memories of the past, too hard to surpass
The tiny pieces of her heart, scattered everywhere
The girl of broken glass, too weak to bear
The weight of the pain, that she must endure
Her world in chaos, broken and unsure
But even a shattered girl, can still shine
Her glimmering pieces, a sight divine
A reflection of strength and resilience
Standing tall, despite her heart's insistence
Underneath her brokenness, lies a flame
A spirit that refuses to be tamed
She finds a way to live, always moving forth
Picking up the pieces, with unwavering force
And someday soon, she'll put herself back together
Her brokenness will fade, like the perfect feather
And then she'll be whole, once again
A girl of glass, unbowed by the world's pain.
