It's about 2:30 in the afternoon. Currently Charles and I are walking the Bahrain track, talking about the three days of testing we have had, and other things we had done over the holidays. We are also having a 4 - way conversation with our engineers about the track and how we are going to play out the turns for FP1. Later that day we had a couple of interviews with Lizzie, Rachel, and Naomi about the weekend ahead, as well as how things have been going back at the Ferrari compound, expectations, our friendship, and other little things.
Currently we are waiting on the Ferrari camera crew to arrive so we can film a youtube video for the fans, as they have been requesting we do something like; truth or dare, guess the song or the whisper challenge, and Charles and I agreed on the 'guess the song challenge'.
We started of the video, introducing ourselves and what we are doing today, the first song was "Adore You, By; Harry Styles" which Charles guessed first gaining the first point, followed by "Shape of You" by; Ed Sheeran which I got the point for, I then guess the song by; Kesha "TikTok". I also guessed the song "Waka Waka" by Shakira. Followed by many other songs, in the end the score was 8-7 my way.

At about 5pm it was time for the press conference to start. The lineup for the conference was; Max Verstappen (Red Bull), Daniel Ricciardo (McLaren), Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) and Laine Wolff (Ferrari).
Q: So I'm going to start with Lewis, so as we saw in the testing results, the W12 seemed tricky to handle. Unlike the Red Bull car. Can you give us your take on it?
LH: Look, each year is a little bit of an unknown, but that's what the testing is there for, to give us a better feeling of what's happening with the car and how to fix it with all the data.
Q: Well as a team, how do you think you guys are feeling? Excited, nervous, prepared?
LH: Well the start of a new season is always massively exciting for us as a team, although we aren't currently the fastest, but how we work together and unite is gonna get us where we want to be.
Q: Are you looking forward to the challenge for an 8th World Championship?
LH: I am really excited for the challenge and to see the other drivers' competitiveness. It's going to be great for our fans. I am going to definitely love the collaboration with the men and women in my team to achieve my goal.
Q: How confident are you, with all the testing done?
LH: I feel we are in the best shape we possibly can be considering we only had three days of testing. There's been a huge amount of analysis by the engineers and the guys back at the factory. We obviously have to work on the data and work with all the churn of numbers to make all the improvements in a short period of time. But I think we come here positively. We've tried to understand it, in terms of quantifying how big or small issues we will have, yet we won't know that until later.
LH: Just knowing that everyone on the ground here, all the engineers and also the aerodynamicists, particularly back at the factory, have been working around the clock, to rectify any abnormal things happening with the new car.
Q: Moving on to Max. So Max, how do you expect the team dynamic to be with your new teammate Sergio Perez?
MV: I've known Checo for many years here in the paddock, of course now that we are teammates, everything so far has been very smooth and with the feedback, we are both heading in the same direction, fingers crossed it's the right direction.
