CHAPTER 4

TEMARI POV

Ino woke me up at sometime early. I don't remember what time it was, probably because I didn't check the time then. It was currently 12:45 pm. I yawned as I got up from the bed and went to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth as I put my hair into a messy bun as I stepped into the kitchen. I saw some waffles with some strawberries on the side and the jar of Nutella. I saw a sticky note on the table.

'the breakfast is for you - ino, sakura'

I smiled as I started eating. As I finished eating, I received a message from an unknown number.

(TEMARI) (SHIKAMARU)

'Hey, this is Shikamaru. I got your number from Hizashi-sama.
Meet me at the rooftop of the Hyuga Company at 2:00. Highest floor and door #586'

hai, see you there, shikamaru-san.

I changed the name to 'Shika-San' as I put my phone down. I went to our bedroom and changed into a pair of jeans and a red shirt and grabbed a black baseball cap. I put my hair down as I took a facemask from our drawer. I stepped out of our dorm and checked the time. It is currently 1:47.

I went in the building and stepped onto the elevator as it took me to the highest floor. I then looked around and found a door with the number reading, "#586." I grinned as I opened the door and stepped outside as the sun shined on my face as I angled my hand over my eyes as a shed for my eyes as I squint. The cap didn't do much sitting on my head though. The rooftop was so big. Well, obviously it would big, since all of the rooms combined underneath made this big of a ceiling. " Oi, over here Temari!" I heard a voice call from not so far away. I walked over as my eyes focused on Shikamaru-san. Damn, he's tall. I had to look up just look at his face. God, I hate when I have to look up to a taller guy, especially when the sun isn't helping shining over my face. I looked at him as a polite smile took over my face.

"Gomen, I didn't see you there." I said as I bowed down a little as I heard a chuckle leave his lips. He shook his head slightly and said, "Don't be so formal. We're family. I mean...we've been family." What he meant was that Hinata treats the girls and I like we're her sisters. And as you know, Shikamaru can be a lazy older brother to her, as you can say. I gave a polite nod as he took a paper from inside a folder, which was inside a big book that he usually carries around full of other important documents. "Today is your first day. And, if you know me, I like to take things slow and precautioned. So, we will be looking around today at your schedule and you show you stuff around."

I dazed off as he explained other stuff. He told me to follow him. And for me to not hesitate to ask about anything. I nodded as he led the way. First, we went to the health room. He knocked on a door as I heard a faint 'come in' from the other side of the door. 'Dr. Senju Tsunade - Physician' was written on the door. He opened the door revealing a fair-skinned woman with brown eyes and straight blonde hair that parts above her forehead. Her hair has shoulder-length bangs that frame her face and the rest reaches her lower back. I saw her laboratory coat hanging on the back of her chair as she wore a grey, kimono-style blouse with no sleeves, held closed by a broad, dark bluish-grey obi that matches her pants. She has red nail polish on her fingernails and uses a soft pink lipstick. Wahh, she's so pretty. "Ah, you must be Temari, right? Hizashi-Sama gave me a file about you and the other newcomers." She spoke in a rich, but tender voice.

"H-Hai." Was all I replied. He gave a soft smile as Shikamaru-san spoke. "Dr. Tsunade-Sama is our very own doctor. She provides for our Trainees and for all of our idol. She is well-respected." I heard her laugh lightly as she shook her head, "Ahh, you don't need to praise me like that!" She shook her hands and looked at me with a smile and told us to sit down. "Though he introduced me, I feel as if I should introduce myself to you. I'm Senju Tsunade. I'm a physician under the Hyuga Entertainment. I work for them. I became a doctor because it was my dream. I loved music ever since I was five and have had passion for it since then. So I decided to collide both my passion, helping people and music, and decided to brand myself for something I'm proud of. I hope I'll be able to provide you with good care." I looked at her in aww, no words came out of my mouth. It felt as if she was giving a speech. "It's time for us to take your leave now, Dr. Senju. We have a long day ahead of us." Shikamaru spoke. She waved at us the door closed on its own after we got out of her office. He walked ahead as I followed him, trying to keep up.
