I do not own Transformers Prime or any of the characters associated with the property, I only claim ownership of my own character which I have created myself.

Deep within a mountain, Decepticon miners where using drills and tools of all kinds to mine the raw energon housed deep within the rock. On multiple levels, hundreds worked at taking off piece after piece of the precious substance. In the centre of the main chamber, there was a lift with many rings of light around it where the energon was placed before being shipped up into the Nemesis for use.
Currently walking on the top level, Starscream showed his newly returned master, Megatron, around the mine. This was his attempt at gaining some leeway with Megatron to keep some of his previous control in the Decepticon ranks. "Of the energon deposits we have located while you were away, Lord Megatron, this one is by far the most significant. The drones have been mining without pause during your absence, and have amassed quite a stockpile." With that he looked at a drone working nearby and tried to get away with keeping some control. "You there! Fetch me a sample!"
He didn't get away with it. "Starscream! Now that I have returned I will issue the commands." And with that, all of Starscream's hopes were shattered. All his power, all his control was gone. But his ego wanted it back, and whilst he didn't show it, Starscream was going to get his command back from Megatron, one way or another.
"I understand, Lord Megatron. Then as your humble servant, shall I ready the space-bridge to bring forth the Decepticon army you have surely gathered during your three years in space?"
"My army will come. But my time away has yielded a more intriguing means of materialising them." Megaton the pulled out a shard of what looked to be energon, but it wasn't right. It was jagged, purple, and had a faint glowing, flame-like, aura around it. "The solidified form of the matter the ancient texts referred to as the Blood of Unicron!"
Starscream was frightened, scared even, at just the realisation of what Megatron held in his hand so casually. "Unicron the Destroyer! But it is said that his blood is the anti-spark!
"Plucked from cosmic shores, gaze upon Dark Energon!"
As if on command, the crystal's light and aura grew slightly brighter, and looked even more malicious than when Megatron first revealed it to him. "Legend tells that it holds the power to revive the dead."
"We require only a cadaver to be certain. Are you willing to make the ultimate sacrifice?"
Starscream's wings drooped for a second in fear at the suggestion, but recent events allowed him to regain his posture and persuade Megatron to not extinguish his spark. "Hehehe, ahem, that may not be necessary. If I may, Lord Megatron? Consider it a welcome-home present."

"And since you now know of our existence, I fear that as of last night, the Decepticons know of yours."
Optimus had been explaining to us for the last few minutes about why we were here and what danger the Decepticons posed to humanity, something I already knew. The four of us had had different reactions to the news. Miko was excited to see some 'Bot on 'Con action, no surprise there. Raf was nervous but seemed to handle it well. I was indifferent since I was being told stuff I already knew from other Transformers media I saw in my home dimension, a home I still missed. Jack just wanted to leave and be done with this madness, couldn't say I blamed him after the first encounter he had.
"Got it, we spot any strange vehicles, call 911- Can we go now?"
Miko was not happy at the idea of leaving so soon, neither was I really. "Are you insane? I'm living the dream here in Bots-wana and I will not allow you or anyone else to shatter it!"
