The screen changed. It began showing Mystic Falls, The Salvatore Residence, in Stefan's room. It focused on Stefan from behind while he was writing while hearing his voice out loud.
Stefan: [voiceover] In 2009, I had come home... I shouldn't have. I knew the risk. But I met her.
Many turned to look at Stefan who was looking at the screen confused, not knowing what to say.
Stefan: [voiceover] Years ago, a human by the name of Ed had met a beautiful fairy princess by the name of Dianne and they both fell in love and gave birth to joy in the form of a baby with blond hair like the sun and gave her the name of Alaia. This was her story.
The Bauer boys looked at each other, they knew Alaia. They knew the story that Stefan was beginning to introduce. While some humans looked confused and alert because they had heard the word fairy and the name of Alaia, who was the protagonist of the life they would see.
Stefan: [voiceover] And it began in 1999 in the country of Argentina. The country where Alaia went on vacation almost every year since she was 14.
