It's been a year since you last were home, in your room, in your house and neighborhood, since you last saw your parents, since you last saw your younger sister by almost three years Yubin, since you last saw HER, Kim Minji.

It's been three years since you got to the point in life you ever wanted, people knew your name, whether it's because you were the first intersex woman to get so popular out there or just because they actually thought your music was good enough for people's liking.

A year ago your manager gave you an offer you couldn't turn down, and you had to sacrifice a lot in your life. He offered you to move to LA for between a year and a year and a half and take the biggest step in your career, publishing two new albums in English, and studying that language better as you were a korean and a Chinese speaker, knowing only a few words here and there. You never knew it would have to take the most important thing in your life, your girlfriend.

You met Kim Minji as your sister, Yubin, debuted in the K-pop industry a while before you with a group named minx which wasn't successful to her disappointment. She brought the girls with her to meet you all and you could see they were all already very close, and with time you got close to the girls as well, but your eyes couldn't leave the oldest member and their leader.

You always found Minji very charming and when you watched their weverse lives to show support you always felt weak towards the dark brown haired girl, who you got close to slowly. You were one year older than her and you could only assume that's why she found getting closer to you quite comfortable and you didn't complain at all.

Eventually she found out about your own passion for music and pushed you to start your own career. It was all thanks to her that you signed your first contract in the K-pop industry and managed to continue with your dream as a singer.

You two supported eachother through both ways, you saw her break and she saw you on your worst and eventually you realized that you didn't want to do it without her on your side, and took a courageous step and asked her out. And after a day of thinking of your suggestion, she agreed to start this path with you.

You we're dating for long and difficult two years, as you mostly found comfort with only eachother as everything else was heavy on you, your after hours moments was all that kept you two sane and your love only got stronger.

Minx became dreamcatcher, adding two more friends to your sisters group and for the first time you saw that the stress on Minji slowly eased down, and you finally found way more time around her. Together you were always just happy.

When you told her that you were a bit different she didn't show any sign of discomfort or disappointment, she only showed you sincere affection and love, not finding it wrong, not letting it change anything she thought of you.

After those two years, you got the call from your manager, and you knew that you had to do it, but what you didn't know was that it will be the breaking point of the love of your life. After you told Minji the what you thought as "exciting" news. she turned her back to you and broke the relationship off, without letting you let out enough details about the situation.

That's how you found yourself leaving korea, with aching heart and without the only girl you ever cared about to send you off.

Now after getting internationally successful, it was time for you to come back home, but you knew you weren't as happy as you were before, still some part in you has disappeared and never came back.

You took a deep breath and opened the entrance door with your big sunglasses and black face mask, trying to hide your face as much as possible from people that might recognize you all the way from the airport to your house. Luckily you were successful on that one mission.
