I open my eyes and look around seeing a hospital room around me
*huh I guess something did happen after interfacing with the cube*
suddenly her memories came back of what happened in the cube unsure if her mind was making things up she tried to summon her pocket watch blue cubes started to appear in her hand and a watch appeared making sure it was hers he looks at it closely engraved on the watch was the phrase "fair seas and following winds" and on this side was an anchor in front of a union jack she flips it over and we see the same phrase but in polish "czyste morza i podążające za nimi wiatry" this time we see the polish freedom navy crest that of an eagle sitting on an anchor wearing a crown she opens it showing the watch face stopped at the time she left her old world on it, the other side was a compass but instead of spinning wildly it faced west like it was north
*odd?*
piorun turns the compass but it persisted in pointing that way then it started to shift slowly waiting a sec she sees it tick degree by degree north then it stops
*I should get this looked at*
suddenly it snapped toward the lab but before she could question it she hears the door open and she sees vestal and Prinz, enter sleepily Piorun said
"hi"
vestal looks over in surprise
vestal: how are you awake?
prinz: I'm more wondering why her left eye is glowing yellow
"wait my eye is glowing"
unknowingly to her, the eye brightens when she talked showing she was now more awake
Prinz: yep
"huh cool i guess"
Piorun starts to attempt to get out of bed
vestal: i wouldn't do that if i were you
proving her point piorun hit the ground with a loud thud
"oof that hurt"
Prinz: let me help you up
"no i got it"
suddenly small arcs of energy was seen as she forces her legs to move
prinz looks at vestal with a worried look
Prinz: what is she doing?
vestal: it appears she is manually moving her legs
prinz: wait shes forcing her self to stand via her power?
vestal: yep
we see piorun sit back down on the bed
"why did my legs fail?"
vestal: well your ship exploded but we got it mostly rebuilt
"define mostly?"
Prinz: the replacement of the engines is still under development
"How so?"
Prinz: javelin when rebuilding your ship decided to put a siren ship engine in it
"ok whats the issue then?"
Prinz: we got everything hooked up but it won't start
"can you carry me to it?"
Prinz: sure?
prinz takes piorun to the lab with the ship getting to the engine room we see a normal ship engine but there was a hole in it the same size as the pocket watch piorun summons the watch and places it in the hole suddenly a loud woosh was heard and the dials on the boiler swung around wildly and much faster then there should be steam was being made the ships hull started to hum exiting the ships bowels this time with piorun walking Prinz got off the deck and back onto the the labs dock flooding the dry dock and opening it piorun guides the ship out to the harbor the ship now with parts of the hull glowing yellow and the smoke stack bellowing smoke piorun docks the ship next to a bunch of people that got out to spectate, at Piorun's orders the ship suddenly had ropes thrown over and before anyone could grab them they lashed them selves on to the docks tie downs and pull the ship up the ships hum slowly dies away and she jumps down onto the dock, seeing javelin smiling piorun walks up to her and hugs her
"thanks sis"
javelin: anytime
letting go of javelin we see several of the children standing nearby looking at her ship then at her then they decide to ask something
bee: so you are a destroyer?
"yep"
yorkey: what's that?
we see Yorkey pointing at the flags on her mast that now are tattered
"my flags"
yorkey: I recognize them but I cant place them
"that's because its the British flag and the polish flag"
yorkey: British like the one Robin flew?
"yes just like robin"
we see the small group wander of, then we see NJM
NJM: so hows the ship?
"better than when it was built"
NJM: good good so how are you?
"eh could be worse"
NJM: always can
"so what do ya want?"
NJM: its that obvious?
"yea bout as transparent as glass"
NJM: *sigh* well wales wants to see you
"ill be there"
time skip to wales office
wales: we had a recent development
"being?"
wales: We have reports of a large siren attack fleet
"who are we sending?"
wales: that's the thing it's large enough to need every avalable ship on base

wales: sadly yes but we ll have groups of people protecting them
"*sigh* ok when do we leave"
wales: luckily we have time, it should be in intercept range in 3 days
"ok that leaves us time to teach the kids how to fight with riggings"
hornet: so whos teaching them?
everyone looks at Hornet like she said something stupid
hornet: ok so their mothers but about Biscuit and Yorkey?
"well I can teach them the basics but ill still need help with the battleship and carrier parts"
hornet: well I'm willing to teach Yorkey
"ok and biscuit?"
wales: ill help
"ok let's start tomorrow as it getting late"
wales: yes
after that, they all head off to their own thing piorun decides to grab a book that seemed interesting
