"Hello, and welcome back to The Great Lurk Challenge! I'm your host as always, Sashly Ribbons! Last week we saw the three alliances compete in a triathlon contest. Some strange visions of a dog distracted Dougy, and caused the alliance between Dougy, Pineapple Cook, and Cyrus to lose. In the end, Pineapple Cook was going to head on home, but Cyrus ultimately took the L and went home. Now with the final eight finally here, we have a challenge for them that'll reunite them with their old friends. Let's see how that plays out in today's episode of The Great Lurk Challenge!" Sashly welcomes the show.
The camera opens on Pineapple Cook and Dougy in the living room, by themselves. "We lost all our alliance members...it's only you and me now, what should we do?" Pineapple Cook asks, looking at his boyfriend.
"Maybe we should see if Airron will let us join his alliance, make it five against three. We can easily take out Mindy, Wrapcon and Ned that way!" Dougy suggests.
"Maybe, Airron is smart, but he also doesn't know how to keep things to himself, what he said about me a few weeks back..." Pineapple Cook reminds Dougy of how Airron revealed he was actually born upside down.
"Right, we don't need to join them," Dougy assures him, as he kisses his forehead. They sit in silence for a few minutes. Pineapple Cook begins to shift around and feel uncomfortable.
"I guess we should join them, Mindy and the others will pick us off quickly, I mean he didn't know that it was a hard topic for me...Let's go ask them if we can join," Pineapple Cook stands up and walks out of the room. Dougy follows.
They head down to the beach where Airron, Numbie, Sparkty and Ghoulrus are all relaxing, Ghoulrus and Sparkty are running around chasing one another. Numbie is laying on the sand while Airron sits on the nearby dock. Pineapple Cook and Dougy walk over to the dock. "Hey Airron. Mind if we talk?" Pineapple Cook asks.
"Well, you do have a voice box, correct?" Airron says in a serious tone, although he meant it as a joke because he chuckles afterwards.
"Right," Pineapple Cook chuckles back , nervously, before asking, "So as you know, within the last two weeks we lost two of our alliance members...so Dougy and I were wondering, would it be okay if we combined our alliances?"
"Hmmm, making it five against three. I like the odds. I'll have to talk to Numbie and Ghoulrus about this first, but I'm certain they'll agree," Airron replies. He stands up and walks over to his two friends. Dougy and Pineapple Cook stare as they all talk, shortly after Numbie gives them a thumbs up. Airron walks back over.
"I knew they would say yes, welcome aboard!" Airron holds out both his wings for the two of them to shake, which they do.
"Thank you, Airron," Dougy says and the five of them decide to relax on the beach, while the camera moves away to reveal Ned, who has witnessed the whole thing. He quickly gallops back to Mindy and Wrapcon who are at the farewell portal.
