My new life and a day at the beach

It was 10.25am and me and my mum was waitig at the airport for my aeroplane to new york to come. I was waiting with the luggage while my mum sorted another bag out, she came back over and passed me the bag and said here you go sweet heart. I just took the bag and didn't say a word to her, infact i hadn't said a wors to her sice she said i was moving and didn't intent to speak to her ever again once i got to new york.

'Listen Ruby love, your going to have to speak to me sooner or later, i am your mother' she said

'No, you gave that role up when you practicly dumped me on aunt shelly, goodbye mother'

They were the only words we exchanged before my flight was here and was taking passengers. I made my way onto the aeroplane but just before i boared i glanced back at my mum, she gave me a weak apologetic smile, as i nodded my head and entered the aeroplane. I took my seat which was near the middle of the plane and put my earphones in and started listning to my music. As i closed my eyes, loads of memory's flooded back to me, one was my 15th birthday party, my two best mates where there and so was the rest of my friends and family, i was about to blow out the candles that was on my love heart shaped cake when trish oneof my best mates grabbed my head and pushed it into the cake, that was a funny day and one i will always remember, im going to miss them two. As i sat in the plane my eyes kept fluttering, and i started to become drowsy so i put my earphone's away and started to plait my hair. I had long blonde hair with brown streaks in and i was very tall and skinny, i was also very tanned. People on the plane kept glancing at me like i was a bomber or something, but i couldn't really blame them i would too. Today i decided to wear, my ripped denim jeans, my white top with a black skull on it, my black boots with silver stoods on the back, and my black bikers jacket which also had studs on the shoulder's. Some people say the way i dress usually suits my personality, and i had to agree with them. After yawning very loudly everything started to dim, before eventually my world became nothing but black.

'Miss, excuse me miss' i heard as i was slightly shaken awake. I slightly opened my eyes to see who had disturbed my sleep, to find a air hostess inn front of me.

'whats a matter' i said

'Erm, well miss the plane landed five minutes ago, and i tried waking you up by talking to you but you wouldn't respond, sorry miss' the air hostess said

its okay, thank you for waking me' i said as i walked down the planes ramp to the concrete floor i hadn't seen in hours. I pulled the trolly with my luggage in, to some seats to wait for my aunt shelly, but no sooner had i sat down did i hear my aunts joyful voice corrupt my ears

'sweet heart im here' my aunt said as i just rolled my eyes and said

'shouldn't it be me who's saying im here' my aunt just laughed and grabbed my trolly. as we made our way down the long corridors leading to the exit, we had both discussed what we bothhad missed and with the time we had tried our best to catch up with one another.

'Oh my dear Ruby, i have missed having you around to liven the place up, it has been dull ever sice you left when you was younger' she said

Thats right i am officially from new york, i was born in new york, i lived in new york, heck i even went to a school in new york but that was all in the past, and that was all my mums fault, because of her job we had to move over to the uk and have lived there ever since.

'Did your mum tell you she's already sorted a school out for you to go to over here?' my aunt shelly questioned

'No, ive hardly spoked to her since she dumped me on you, why when do i start' i said

'Now, now dear we both now your mother only did it for your own good, all she has ever done is for your own good, and we both know dam well she would never do nything to hurt you, and from what your mum told me you start  monday i think so you have four days to unpack and get used to the area' she said

I glanced at my aunt in anger and said, well shouted...

' If my mother wanted the best for me and never wanted to hurt me she wouldn't have dumped me on you, shhe would have spent more tim with me and away from work, and she definatly wouldnt have moved me from here in the first place, but she did, i'm going to my room if u need me i will be there' i grabbed as many suit cases as i could and took them up to my room. When i got there i dropped the suitcases on my bed and started unpacking. three hours later i had finished unpacking and had sorted my room out the best i possibly could. 'Tea's ready' my aunt shouted up the stairs to me. I slowly made my way to the dinner table and sat in a wooden chair and started to eat, when my aunt sunddenly burst out in excitement and said '' i have some news' ........ 'later tonight one of the neighbors family's are coming over for tea to meet you and welcome you here, the best thing is they have a lad about your age who is going to the same school your going to, so you too can be good friends, and then our famly and there's can have meals like this more often' she squeeled and grabbed her plate and walked over to the sink. 'Many thoughts ran through my head and one was,''what if he's a geeky nerd' oh god i stammered i am so not being mates with that neighbors son if they are a geek or nerd or anything like that for that matter. I had such a headache even imagining these thoughts and thought the best way to get rid of them is to go to the beach while it  was still sunny so i grabbed a bag chucked my towel in it and changed into my bikini and put a long top on over it . I grabbed my bag and started to run to the beach, yes my aunt shelly lived near the beach, in fact she lived that near the beach you could actually see it from her house. I got to the slightly crowded beach, took my top off and put my bag next to it, and made my way into the water. After about 15 minutes of swimming about and relaxing about five boys where making there way into the water. I could tell straight away that they was well known because as soon as theyentered or should i say even touched the water nearly all the pwople left the water with worried expressions on there face's. I was still swimming on my back and relaxing, when i was tugged under the water. I screamed but that obviously did no good and i pushed my way back up to the surface, as i opened my eyes i saw the most gorgouse person ever in infront of me, but that didnt stop me from punching him.

'Hey what was that for' he said as i just thought he has the most perfect voice too.

'Oh you know' i said as i made out to be thinking

'for nearly drowning me' i shouted

he grabbed me as i tried to swim away and pulled me to his hard chest, all the time i was staring into his deep blue eyes. What happened next didn't really surprise me, he tried to kiss me, and me having fast reactions automaticly stopped him and looked into his eyes and said ' i dont know you and i definatly dont like you, so hows about you leave me alone before i make you' what shocked me was when he turned to me in a full smirk and said ' the good girl always falls for the bad boy'' and walked away. Ruby just chuckled to her self, 'Oh that boy really has no idea, me ...... good ... pfftttt lol. It's my first day and i already have some one trying to make me fall for them 'Nothing ever goes right for me' i muttered to myself as i made my way home.

Oh my dear Ruby you say nothing ever goes right now, but really you have no idea........ and the new bad boy is correct 'the good girl always falls for the bad boy' but the thing he doesnt yet know is that Ruby hasn't got one good thing about her let alone her being good.

okay so hi every one this chapter is short i know but im just getting the basics out there first and i wanted to do a chapter before she start school and everything becaomes one heck of a roller coaster ride. In the next chapter she will meet new people and new characters will be intruduced, and yes she will meet her friend from the beach again who can be her enemy or doesn't have to be her enemy. The only problem is he's the player trying to brake her heart. hint about the next few chapter: gossip will be spread, arguments will be heard and more improtantly secrets will be found out. Ruby always said she was ready for everything, but the question is does she think she is ready to deal with all of this and will she cope?. If you want to find out please keep reading.
