This is basically how I think the characters interact with children.
Just pretend they're all working at a day care or something
Deku
He is incredibly patient and always strives to make the kids smile.He loves preparing the snacks but Bakugo has to keep an eye on him(just in case).The kids love it when he does story time cuz he does the voices of all the characters.
Jiro
Claims to hate kids but they always melt her heart.Always helps the kids sleep by singing lullabies.
Mineta
No one trusts him to even take care of the daycares fish.Was fired in 3 days.
Mina
LOVES kids,working with them is her fav thing.Doesn't want her own'I can barely take care of me,I can't handle another human' was what she said before going into childcare.Loves when it's playtime and painting with the kids.
Todoroki
Loves all the made up stories the kids tell.Is still called 5 weenies by a certain child.The kids love latching onto his fire side cuz he's warm.Is also good at helping the kids sleep for nap time.
Uruaka
Is amazing with children,like the best.Can calm down a crying child in an instant(makes her a staff favourite)
Kiri+Kaminari
Play games with all the kids.Music time is their favourite(they can make noise on purpose :)
Iida
Is strict,but fair.Indifferent with children.
Momo
Bribes the kids with money so they stop crying,some how it works
Bakugo
Hates children.He only likes himself.Bye.
