Carol Peletier x Reader

Baking with Carol! You two make cookies together because that's so sweet and wholesome. Love u Carol <3

"Okay (Y/N) can you pass the flour?" Carol asked you, getting all the equipment out ready to bake cookies for everyone in Alexandria. You had wanted to help her for a long while, she was baking for everyone and you felt bad. Carol was like a mother to you.
"Of course" you replied, grabbing the flour out of the cupboard and passing it to her, "here you go"
"Thank you"

You two began to bake the cookies. She told you all her tips and tricks and how she made the cookies taste so nice. You had always loved Carol's cookies. You helped Carol cream the butter and sugar together until it was fluffy and then you mixed in the egg and the small bit of vanilla for extra flavouring. Finally, you added the flour and chocolate chips.

When you had put all the mixture on trays and got it ready to go into the oven, you started packing away the ingredients. Carol picked up the flour, but picked it up too quickly and it flew straight on her face. She turned around to look at you without saying anything and you burst out in laughter. She joined you, brushing off the excess flour from her clothes.
"Why does this always happen to me?" Carol said, still laughing and getting a towel to get rid of the flour from her face.
"I don't know!" You replied, calming down from your laughing fit.

Once the flour was cleaned, Carol washed her hands and you did the same once she had finished. You got a bit of water on your hands and flicked it at her. When she turned around, you continued to wash your hands pretending that nothing had happened. She turned back and continued cleaning the surface you two  had been baking on. You did it again though, this time quite a bit more and she turned around again.
"What are you doing?" She asked you, a warm smile on her face.
"Nothing! I'm washing my hands!"
She turned back around again and you were about to do it when she turned around just in time, the water droplets hitting her straight in the face.
"Right that's it!"

Carol scooped up tons of water in her hands, and chucked it straight at you. It landed on your top and you laughed more. The whole thing turned into a water fight, both your clothes getting drenched and the workspace being your cover as you ducked down behind it. But, you were careful as to not get any near the oven. As the water fight continued, Carol got out the flour and you also started having a fight with that. By the end of it, both of your stomachs hurt from laughter and both of you were drenched in water and flour. You two collapsed on the floor, laughing and smiling at each other.
"I got more on you" Carol said, lightly punching your arm with a warm smile.
"You did not!" You replied, playfully punching her arm back. Your quiet laughter was stopped as the front door to the house opened and in walked...Rick.

"What happened to you two?" He asked you both, one eyebrow raised and leaning on the door frame. You and Carol looked at each other and burst out in laughter.

Time Skip:

The cookies were done and baked to perfection. You and Carol had gotten changed and cleaned up now. You helped Carol split and pack the cookies and you two went to deliver them around Alexandria.
