Within a week or so, that day came and I was very excited. Oh and it was more than words could describe. Never have you seen such beauty, now have you. So wondrous it was to look at. Ah there he was ! He looked really handsome with a white shirt buttoned everywhere but near his chest... In a while I found myself and Eli in a huge maze which was almost never-ending. I think in an hour or so we both figured the way out and joined the rest of the class for lunch.
We talked for hours about what majors and ambitions we had. I was telling him that I really wanted to get into Harvard for a Fashion tech course. He revealed that he was planning to try his scope in film making and direction. So after a while, The next stop in the trip was obviously the coffee shop since everyone wanted some. After an episode of beautiful cringey pick up lines from Eli (I died laughing), we were done there and the other children left home .
Me and Eli weren't done so i told him to take me to eat ice-cream. It was already almost 11pm I guess. So we went to Ben & Jerry's. I had cookies and cream and he went with kit-kat chocolate ice cream. This place was really near our homes so we were walking there. The night was so beautiful, young and mesmerizing. We both were looking at the stars and oh how well one could hear the cricket sounds. He slowly touched my hand and I felt dumbstruck in the momentum. He held it and I felt like saying "Don't ever leave my hand Eli". After walking a while we reached my home and he bid me bye with a little peck on my cheek. That night and day was a beautiful one for me to remember!
